The embroidery I did last time was my first post in this community.
I was very nervous too but people gave great feedback on my embroidery and I am very happy about it.
Last time I did Brunnera flower embroidery and now after many days I have again done a beautiful embroidery for this community as you must have guessed from reading the title.
I made this embroidery with love and I put a lot of effort into making these blue flowers.
Today in my post I will describe about this embroidery of mine.
Materials
- Fabric
- Frame
- Needle
- Threads ( Green, Pink and Blue )
- Sketch Pencil
Process
Yesterday afternoon I decided that I would make an embroidery.
I took the white fabric and set it well in the frame so that there would be no problem making the sketch.
Sketching with a sketch pencil should be done carefully because if you draw a wrong line even a little, it cannot be erased and you have to wash the fabric to clean it again.
At first I wanted to make these flowers whole, but then I thought that the flowers should look like they are real when viewed from a distance, so I made them half to make look nice and real.
I tried my best to make the sketch beautiful and this sketch lived up to my expectation. 🥰
I was very satisfied with the sketch.
I decided that I would do this embroidery when I had enough free time to do it satisfactorily.
After making the sketch I cook food and then I saw that there was still half an hour before sunset so I decided to make some part of the embroidery because I was so excited.🪡
First I started embroidering flowers with sky blue thread because I had already decided that I would embroider flowers with blue thread.
I tried my best to give each leaf of the flower a distinct identity and I made the embroidery of these flowers thick so that it looks neat.🤗
I spent about half an hour to embroider these flowers and I left the rest of the embroidery for tomorrow.
This morning I finished the rest of the embroidery.
I have embroidered the leaves with green thread and also used green for the branches. 🌿
At last I embroidered the inner part of the flowers with pink thread.
I don't find pink thread beautiful with blue thread because pink thread looks quite shiny.
I think yellow color looks better here. What do you think about it?
