🎸★Learning to cook trumpet flower fruit and playing the Rising Star game 🎶🎼

Dear friends,

I am interested in cooking especially the curries that I love to eat, so I usually learn how to cook them. Yesterday, I woke up with my ears muffled and my mom said trumpet flower fruit dish is good for hearing. So, I bought one from the market and because it was bitter, I was curious ton how to manage its bitterness. To cook it,

• First, I had to peel of the hard skin of the fruit. To do that easily, I grilled it on oven first.

• Then, I cut them into slices and mixed with salt (fig 2). The secret to removing bitterness in the fruit is to mix the slices with salt and massage them until bitter fluid come out. And then wash and rinse them with water and squeeze bitter fluid out of them. I did this process again to remove more bitterness.

• The rest of the cooking process is simple - the same as cooking other dishes. I just fried the smashed garlic and onion first, and then, put in the tomato pieces. Then, I stirred it until tomato pieces were well cooked.

• Then, I put the slices of trumpet flower fruit, add salt and other seasoning, stirred them and cover it with a lid until it was well cooked.

• And I had got one more curry for dinner. It is a little bitter and can be a delicious side dish to others, that can stimulate ones' appetite.

And I was playing the Rising Star game trying to complete missions and today, I received another FC card, 'FC38 Natalie' (fig 1). I found that only 50 cards of this kind have been issued so far.
