DIY OF A SIMPLE BLOUSE TOP WITH FLARE SLEEVE

Hello everyone, this is my first time posting in this wonderful DIY Community.
I made a simple blouse and wrapper for a client who wanted the same outfit my mom wore to church the last two Sundays. Since the price of things is high in my country we decided to do some improvising on the blouse, instead of embroidery I used stones to decorate the blouse. Here are the procedures below

I drew my basic blouse pattern and used it to cut out the front and back. I used a width of 4 and a depth of 5 to make it easier to wear. I then went ahead to cut out the wrapper and belt.

To create the sleeve, I cut the flare(360°), the fabric was folded into two and then I folded it again. I marked out the sleeve length and allowance for folding and then cut it out. I opened it up and drew a plus sign along the folded lines. I divided the armhole measurements by 6.28 to get the circumference and marked it out. I went ahead to cut it out.

After cutting I went ahead to sew. I folded the edges of the blouse and also used a bias tape to fold the neck and it came out so neat. I usually have this tension when using bias tape, as it can sometimes distort the neck when sewn wrongly.

I went ahead to shaped the clothes to my client's measurements. I quickly had to put stones before attaching the sleeve. The power supply in my state is bad and having light is like a miracle. During the process of stoning, my mom was watching and she told me that the stone version was much finer than her embroidery one😄😄😄. She insisted that I make the exact one for her later.

I went ahead to fold the edges of the sleeve around, it was so easy for me unlike before, I always had trouble folding the edge of Ankara fabric. I sewed it unto the sleeve and the top is ready. It is a very easy and quick style and I am sure she will love it when she sees it.
