For this activity I used
- Colored yarn
- Tall sticks
- Cold silicone
- Hot silicon
- Scissors
- Green paper.
Hoy te muestro como hacer un arreglo de flores en estambre.
Para esta actividad utilicé
- Estambre de colores
- Palitos de altura
- Silicón frío
- Silicon caliente
- Tijeras
- Papel de color verde.
Process
Cut a piece of yarn about 10cm long, place it between my index and middle finger.
Corte un pedazo de estambre de 10cm aproximadamente, lo coloque entre mi dedo índice y medio.
With my fingers together I proceeded to roll it up, giving 15 turns of yarn, then carefully pull it out and tie it right in the middle.
Con los dedos juntos procedí a enrollar, dando 15 vueltas de estambre, luego saque con cuidado y amarre justo en la mitad.
I took the scissors, and cut both sides, carefully cut very well verifying that the cut will be even on each side.
Tomé la tijera, y corte ambos lados, con cuidado corte muy bien verificando que quedará parejo el corte de cada lado.
I made 11 pieces of these.
Hice 11 piezas de estas.
With the green colored paper I lined the height stick.
Con el papel color verde forre el palito de altura.
Then I applied silicone to the height stick and glued each piece of yarn next to each other. On one side I glued 5 pieces, then on the other side of the stick I glued the other 5 pieces and finally on the top I glued the last one.
Luego aplique silicón al palito de altura y fui pegando cada pieza de estambre una junto a la otra. Por un lado pegue 5 piezas, luego del otro lado del palito pegue las otras 5 piezas y finalmente en la parte superior pegue la última.
With the scissors I trimmed a little bit of the yarn, to make it uniform, and at the top I gave it a thin shape, so that it would look like a tip.
Con la tijera recorte un poco del estambre, para lograr que quedara uniforme, y en la parte superior le di una forma fina, para que se notara como una punta.
In the center of the yarn pieces I applied some silicone and covered the yarn.
En el centro de las piezas de estambre apliqué un poco de silicón y cubrí el estambre.
Finally, I cut a leaf shape out of the green paper to place on the side of the tall stick.
Para finalizar corte con el papel verde una figura en forma de hoja para colocarla a un lado del palito de altura.
Then arrange the lavender flowers in a container and they are ready to brighten up any space.
Luego arregle las flores de lavanda en un recipiente y de esta manera quedan listas para alegrar algún espacio.
These flowers are 7.5cm long. Use a full height stick.If you want to make it longer it is possible, just add more pieces on each side.
These lavender flowers are magical since I made them in pastels. Hahahaha ( I didn't have purple or lilac yarn, that's where the magic really comes from 💫 Keep it a secret 🤐).
