Now let’s talk. What is a gift? From what I understand, a gift is something you give to someone from your heart and willingly. A gift can be given on a random day or on special occasions. Let me point out once again that a gift is supposed to be from your heart. I remember sometime ago the same guys complaining about ladies giving them boxers and singlet came out to say that ‘it’s the intention that matters’ and it’s actually true. No gift is too small or too big, the gift is more in the intention than what is even given out in my point of view.
Personally, I’ve never given a guy whether my partner , friend or family boxer shorts or singlet as a gift. I feel it’s too low of me because they wouldn’t give me same if they were in my shoes. I believe that even though the intention matters, I wouldn’t give something like that out. I’m a very attentive person and I pay attention to details a lot so I’d rather get a guy something I feel he really wants and is always talking about getting or something I know he would like. Men are not difficult to please as compared to women. @yahuzah will always tell me that he’s very cheap and a lady can even woo him with food.😂
Guys don’t want anything big as a surprise but that doesn’t mean you can’t give them anything big. Just be thoughtful in your giving. Every guy has his style and if you really understand him , it wouldn’t be difficult getting him something nice. If you don’t know what to get him you can ask him. I really don’t find anything wrong with that because I’d rather ask you what you’d like than get you what you wouldn’t like but wouldn’t be able to reject.
Most ladies complain about how they can’t seem to come up with what to get for their partners and upon hearing that I like to believe that they have never given their partner a gift before because if you have the habit of giving your partner gifts, getting him another shouldn’t be a problem. A little tip to help you out my dear lady is to pay attention to the little things he rants about. Be it getting a new slide, charger or what have you. Aside weird guys, every guy likes watches. Get a guy a watch and he would think about you anytime he wears it. He would even show off that a lady got it for him. When I say watch I don’t mean the fake ones, quality watches only please. You can also get him a shirt,a shoe, a book, slides or even a tie, it makes more sense that getting him a boxer.😂 If you can’t get him any of the above stated, you should consider getting him food, most importantly his favorite food.
Most guys say ladies don’t want to spend on them that’s why they give them boxers and singlets as gifts but some ladies actually don’t have the money to get you big stuff. Guys shoes are costly and someone with a small budget obviously can’t get you that. But some ladies can have the money and still not get you something decent.
Also, before I forget , if you’re a stingy guy and you’re out there saying no boxers and singlet this year then I’m sorry to tell you, boxers and singlet for you this year again.😂. Ladies treat you how you treat them so if you can’t spend on them , they wouldn’t also spend on you.
My dear ladies, this year let’s say no to boxers, singlets and handkerchiefs. Break that bank and get him something nice this Val’s day.👏❤️
