Today I would like to share with you the recipe for a traditional Christmas dessert in my family, Pineapple sweet.
We only need 2 ingredients: 300 grams of pineapple and 50 grams of sugar cane panela.
-Wash the pineapple very well and remove the peel.
Cut the pineapple into cubes to grate it.
We put in a pot with 2 cups of water and the piece of sugar cane panela.
Cook over medium heat until the panela is melted and the candy thickens.
When it is thick, let it cool and serve.
