Hola a todos los que son amantes de los trabajos de aguja! Hoy quiero compartir un trabajo muy bello y tierno que he hecho para mi nieta, unas bellas blusas playeras en crochet porque las bebés también estan a la moda y lucen sus bellos trajes.

Hello to all of you who love needlework! Today I want to share a very beautiful and tender work that I have made for my granddaughter, some beautiful crochet beach blouses because babies are also fashionable and show off their beautiful outfits.

En otras oportunidades he contado que cuando estaba en edad escolar, en el bachillerato abandoné la escuela. Mi mamá me inscribió en la escuela de labores de la comunidad. Esta escuela era un bello lugar donde las muchachas de mi edad y señoras mayores compartíamos el amor por las artes manuales. Asistía a clases con mi hermana menor que tampoco quiso seguir en la escuela de bachillerato.

I have told on other occasions that when I was of school age, in high school, I dropped out of school. My mother enrolled me in the community work school. This school was a beautiful place where girls of my age and older ladies shared the love for manual arts. I attended classes with my younger sister who did not want to go to high school either.

No saben cuánto me hubiese gustado enseñarles el portafolio de trabajos que hice para mi graduación del curso de tejido. Eran páginas repletas de mini prendas tejidas: bufandas, gorros, guantes, abrigos. Todo en miniatura para poder presentar todo lo que aprendí en las clases de tejido. Me enseñaron a tejer punto con 2 agujas y pude hacer muchas prendas de vestir para mis hermanos. Lamentablemente no tengo fotografía de mi portafolio de graduación pero recuerdo claramente todas las técnicas que me enseñaron.

You don't know how much I would have loved to show you the portfolio I made for my knitting course graduation. They were pages full of mini knitted garments: scarves, hats, gloves, coats. Everything in miniature so I could present everything I learned in the knitting classes. They taught me to knit with 2 needles and I was able to make many garments for my siblings. Unfortunately I don't have a picture of my graduation portfolio but I clearly remember all the techniques I was taught.

Elaboración de las blusas

Para este proyecto utilicé hilo de nylon, nunca había tejido con este material, pero les cuento que me encantó. Mis tejidos se caracterizan por ser con lana y hilos gruesos, en esta oportunidad, por ser blusas para mi amada nieta, tuve que utilizar un hilo de nylon que no le provoque alergia en la piel.

Elaboration of the blouses

For this project I used nylon yarn, I had never knitted with this material before, but I love it. My knitting is characterized by being with wool and thick yarns, this time, because they are blouses for my beloved granddaughter, I had to use a nylon yarn that does not cause allergies on her skin.

Con puntos básicos monté las blusas. En este modelo, como es playera para los días calurosos de verano hice el frente y para la parte de atrás se amarra con las tiras que salen desde el cuello. Dejé las tiras largas para facilitar el amarre y para que la bebé pueda usar las blusas por más tiempo a medida que crece.

With basic stitches I assembled the blouses. In this model, as it is a t-shirt for hot summer days, I made the front and for the back it is tied with the straps that come out from the neck. I left the straps long to make it easier to tie and so that the baby can wear the blouses for a longer time as she grows.
