Needle Work Your PET Contest!

When it comes to doing a work of love, it seems like we needleworkers go through all the spaces in our homes and we also remember all our loved ones with our precious gifts. They aren't the exception either: our beloved pets, to whom today we want to dedicate a special space with a project that honors them 😺🐶❤️.

No matter what type, breed, size or age your pet is: this time we invite you to prepare a needle work for that special member in our homes. Even if you don't have a pet of your own you can participate in this contest: there will always be someone with a pet that we also consider part of our family 😃.

In this opportunity, we will have three winners:

🐾 The first winner will be chosen by the panel of judges from our NeedleWorkMonday team

🐾 The second winner will be chosen by a panel of judges from our friendly community invited: Hive Pets

🐾 The third winner will be chosen by the Hive community members

This will be a great opportunity to display our creativity and focus on our pets, these members of our family who brighten our days 😃❤️.

In this contest we invite you to show us your creative process with some images, but we also want more than just a simple tutorial. In addition to telling us what is behind the project (motivations, ideas, difficulties, anecdotes, etc.), we would also like to know the story of how that cute pet came into your lives, the impact it has on our daily lives and see photos of them too! Everyone is invited to participate 🐾.

1.- Make a project inspired by your pet or a loved one's pet: it can be of any breed. Any needlework inspired by the special pet will be welcome in this contest.

2.- The post must include photos of the pet for which the project is being made. It isn't necessary for the pet and the project to be in the same physical space, but we would like to see who was the source of inspiration.

3.- All items you make must include a needle. We will also accept any form of fiber arts that has to do with knotting, braiding, felting, tying or any form of fabric and thread manipulation. You can even combine different needle work techniques together.
