I recently did a stream on Twitch and I started talking to them about my knitting and showed them some of my knitting and they suggested me to do a knitting stream. I was surprised that they found it entertaining to watch me knit so I procastinated it a bit, but in the following streams they kept asking me about the stream and I could see that they were really interested and I got to work to prepare everything for it.
Since October started, I started doing all my streams with a Halloween theme because I love this holiday so much. I find decorating everything, doing makeup and dressing up as a costume so much fun and being able to include all of that in something else that I love, like streams, fills me with joy. So I didn't have to think too much about what I was going to do for that live stream because I was definitely going to do something Halloween and I came across this kitty idea and it seemed perfect because I love cats too,😊 jsjs.
Knitting this was pretty easy even though it has a lot of details. Everything is knitted in a row except for the witch's hat and I really liked that. The kitty itself is cute, but embroidering the “bones” that make it look like a skeleton made it even cuter and with the beanie my heart couldn't take it anymore. I like to think that Trovius, the kitten (it was the name I gave him in stream as a thank you to a very loyal follower). He went out trick-or-treating dressed as a skeleton, but when he realized he wasn't the only one in that costume he wanted to have a unique touch and put on a witch's hat he had around the house and so every time I asked him what he was, he answered “I'm a skeleton witch, isn't it obvious?🙄”
To tell the truth, during the stream I was very distracted talking, so it took me longer than it would normally take me to do something so simple; but I had a great time and it was fun to see how everyone acted interested when I talked about points, threads or things like that😂.
