Hello friends today I'm going to share how i successfully changed itel w6004 calibrator. I received a call from a client that he needed to fix his phone π± calibrator so he came to my shop , the phone wasn't calibrating at all because of the broken π calibrator and for him to be able to use it he needs to change it to new one.
EQUIPMENTS TO USE
Since it's a soldering calibrator we will need a some couple of equipments
=> Soldering paste
This soldering paste makes your soldering looks very good and nice , it's makes work very smooth, without this soldering paste your soldering will not be perfect
=> Soldering led
The soldering led is what we use for the soldering and without this led we can't even work at all only if it's a clip calibrator
=> The calibrator glue
After the successful work this is the glue we use to gum the calibrator and without it our work will be useless
=> Soldering iron
And last equipment is the soldering iron because this is what we will use for the soldering
After all this the first process is to loose all the nut in the phone π± we open it up and remove the battery inside the phone so as to have access to separate the screen and the bad calibrator.
I move further to separate the screen and the calibrator, at this point you need to be careful because if not you might be in a big trouble by damaging the screen, but with so many patients you will be able to separate the two from each other.
I move forward to replace the bad calibrator by another new one as I've already have the new one on ground and here are the place we will need all the equipments i mentioned earlier so i sold the new calibrator to the flex of the screen.
After so many patients soldering the calibrator with the flex of the screen i coupled everything back to text what I've done so far , then boom π₯ it's work so perfect on it π― i power the phone π± and text the new calibrator on it. Success at last it's work well and i gently handed it to the owner π.
Making customer happy is one of the best thing i love doing π π.
WELCOME TO MY BLOG HAVE A NICE DAY π
