Beautiful morning everyone, hello to all my fellow members on hive today am going to show you how I bake a butter cake cupcakes
Recipe for my butter cake cupcakes
Flour - 175 grams
Butter - 175 grams
Sugar - 100 grams
Eggs - 4
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Preservatives 1/8 teaspoon
Flavor - half teaspoon
Ways And method of baking
Firstly I measured my butter and sugar in a clean plastic bowl and cream until it becomes soft and fluffy
Then in another separate bowl I have my flour, baking powder and preservatives
After then I have eggs in another separate bowl I break and whisk until it foamy
After then I started mixing my cream butter and sugar with eggs together I mix gently I dot over mix, then I started adding my dry ingredients which is my flour, baking powder and preservatives And flavor then the final mixing was done
Then I divided my cakes into the cupcakes pan
Then baking was done in my local oven for about 45 minutes to 1 hour
Recipe for my buttercream
Icing sugar- 333 grams
Butter - 83 grams
Flavor - 1/4 teaspoon
Firstly I measured my butter and flavor in a separate bowl
Then in another separate bowl my icing sugar
After then I started mixing my icing sugar into my butter and flavor gradually I make sure I dot over mix, then after mixing a added some food colour in my butter cream to make it colorful
Then I started decorating my cupcakes with the buttercream .
I was very happy the cupcakes is looking yummy and fluffy
