Ser la pinta caritas de la fiestica infantil me tenía muy emocionada, y entre tantos arreglos para ese día, a último momento se me ocurrió la idea de decorar un cintillo con la temática de la reunioncita: Los Increíbles.
No tenía mucho tiempo, ni mucho material y mucho menos energía... Era la 1:00 am, y había pasado todo el día atendiendo otros asuntos y al día siguiente ya tenía la agenda extremadamente full, así que o hacia el cintillo en ese momento, o no lo hacía nunca. 🥹
Tenía algunos retazos de foami que me servirían y tome prestado para la base un cintillo de mi hija, que le debo volver a armar 😁.
Si fuera contado con más tiempo, me habría esmerado en poco más y podría haberle agregado más detalles, sin embargo... Si necesitas hacer algo rápido para salir del apuro, con poquísimos materiales y en tiempo récord, esté tutorial es para ti!✨
Being the face painter for the children's party had me very excited, and among so many arrangements for that day, at the last minute I came up with the idea of decorating a headband with the theme of the reunion: The Incredibles.
I didn't have much time, not much material, and even less energy.... It was 1:00 am, and I had spent the whole day attending to other matters and the next day I already had an extremely full agenda, so either I did the headband at that moment, or I never did it. 🥹
I had some scraps of foami that I could use and I borrowed a headband of my daughter's for the base, which I have to put back together 😁.
If I had had more time, I would have taken a little more care and could have added more details, however.... If you need to make something fast to get out of a hurry, with very few materials and in record time, this tutorial is for you!

Es la segunda vez que trabajo con foami, y ya no le tenía tanto miedo 😁.
Así que inicié haciendo el patrón de las partes del logo de los increíbles en papel.
Luego con la tijera y la ayuda del patrón, recorté los foamis según las formas que ya había dibujado en hoja.
Recorté cada forma según el color del logo, sólo que la cámara por la luz del flash no me reflejaba el color que era.
🔴 Foami.

It's the second time I work with foami, and I wasn't so afraid of it anymore 😁.
So I started by making the pattern of the parts of the Incredibles logo on paper.
Then with the scissors and the help of the pattern, I cut out the foamis according to the shapes I had already drawn on sheet.
I cut out each shape according to the color of the logo, but the camera did not reflect the color because of the flash light.
El siguiente paso fue empezar a armar el logo. Con la ayuda del silicón caliente, iba pegando las piezas recortadas en Foami.
A este punto tenía mucho sueñoooo 🙈🙂↕️😴 pero debía continuar.
Así que recorté los excedentes. Luego tomé el alambre de aluminio y lo envolví en el cintillo. Quería que los logos quedarán como unas orejitas con movimiento, y que pudieran guardarse de altura, así que las coloqué en forma de resorte y finalmente fijé los diseños.
Después que los pegué, ví que eran muy grandes para mí gusto 😁, pero por Díos! Eran casi las 2:00 AM, así se iban a quedar... Bien estrambóticos! 😂
Por cierto, también aproveché de hacer un prendedor para que me hiciera juego con el cintillo. Con sueño, pero creativas hasta el final. ✨
Y asi en rapidísimos pasos hice este ser de cintillo y prendedor!
The next step was to start assembling the logo. With the help of hot silicone, I was gluing the pieces cut out of Foami.
At this point I was very sleepy 🙈🙂↕️😴 but I had to continue.
So I cut out the excess. Then I took the aluminum wire and wrapped it around the headband. I wanted the logos to look like little ears with movement, and they could be stored up high, so I placed them in a spring form and finally attached the designs.
After I glued them on, I saw that they were too big for my taste 😁, but by GOD! It was almost 2:00 AM, so they were going to stay that way..... Well outlandish! 😂
By the way, I also took the opportunity to make a pin to match my headband. Sleepy, but creative to the end. ✨
And so in very quick steps I made this headband and pin being!

Felizmente el cintillo cumplió su función 😁, a los niños les gustó y eso fue lo importante... Al detallarlo mejor al día siguiente me di cuenta que pudo haber quedado mejor... Más estético 🥹, pero realmente estaba agotada y el cansancio no me permitía ver bien ciertos detalles jejeje.
Sé que en algún otro momento tendré oportunidad de hacer otro cintillo y allí si me destacaré.
El día de la fiesta no me saqué una foto luciendo mi set de Cintillo y prendedor como quería, había mucho que hacer y muchas cáritas que pintar, sin embargo antes de desarmar esta creación y volver a armarle el viejo cintillo a mi hija decidí mostrarles este pequeño tutorial.
Espero les haya sido de utilidad, es algo muy sencillo pero como decimos en Venezuela: "Nos saca la pata del barro" o de "aprietos" si en algún momento lo llegamos a necesitar 😁.

Happily the headband fulfilled its function 😁, the children liked it and that was the important thing... When I detailed it better the next day I realized that it could have been better.... More aesthetic 🥹, but I was really exhausted and the tiredness did not allow me to see well certain details hehehe.
I know that at some other time I will have the opportunity to make another headband and there I will stand out.
The day of the party I didn't take a picture of me wearing my headband and pin set as I wanted to, there was a lot to do and a lot of caritas to paint, however before disassembling this creation and reassemble the old headband for my daughter I decided to show you this little tutorial.
I hope it has been useful, it is something very simple but as we say in Venezuela: "It gets us out of the mud" or "trouble" if we ever need it 😁.
