I've been thinking since last month about how to hang a pot holder and other things in the kitchen in our home. Also, the open area below the sink as I couldn't install a cabinet. Yet, my problem was; *that I didn't have a drill, and even I had, need to learn how to use it. Paying someone to do it, I found it was not practical.
Me, knowing myself, I don't like hanging, pending what so ever of anything I want. That would keep me thinking about it repeatedly; I will dream about it and sometimes get frustrated 🤣. Thankful, after weeks, a bright idea was finally on my mind! Without more delays, after work, I dropped by the neared hardware and bought these;
Yes, 24 mini strips and a hook that says, strongholds, no nails, no damage. I got this for more than $4 but it was fine at least I was relieved from stress 🤣.
There was an instruction that was easy to follow; it would take only a few minutes. However, it would be best to wait an hour before using it. This ensures that it was now holding firmly at the wall.
The hook was small, enough to hold pot holders or hand towels. Also, I chose a transparent color for not to be visible.
I tried using it after, and so far, it was good. So $4 was worth it!
That's what I did when I went home weeks ago before revisiting my OB-gyne. Which speaking of, she made me nervous for hours! I was scheduled for an ultrasound since I mentioned before I wanted to have a baby 😁. Hubby is going home a month from now so that making sure everything is fine!
I did wait for an hour, and when I arrived, she was busy attending to other patients. Yes, she is also the one performing the ultrasound. When it was my turn, I was slightly nervous, and I appreciated that my sisters-in-law were with me for moral support. While checking, she started asking questions like;
Did you get pregnant before? Surgery? etc. and pressed my lower abdomen. After I answered, she said, Okay, wait for me in my clinic; let us talk. She didn't say if the result was okay or not. I was left hanging and overthinking!
She had a lot of patients. It took an hour before I was finally called.
Lhes, everything is fine, no worries, you are perfectly healthythat made me smile,
But would be better if you lose a little more weight. and I was like, darn! I was already thinking of buying a milk tea after I left the hospital!
I've been spending on my checkups; as mentioned before Doctors professional fee is now almost $13, and the ultrasound? Almost $26! So expensive to seek medical advice.
Did I buy milk tea? HAHA, of course, YES! I thought this was my last cup and will have a taste again in the months.
Blueberry cheesecake and it suited my taste! I forgot the price, but if my memory was right, it cost not more than $2 buy one take one. Affordable right? Well, it was no longer in the hype!
This milk tea shop was owned by local celebrities here, and they accommodate cashless transactions.
There are a lot of choices.
After satisfying snacks, I paired them with some burgers and tacos I forgot to take pictures of. I was already starving! We decided to go home.
Passing by the local market, these caught my attention.
Suppose you don't have time to drop by the market to buy some fruits. No problems; there was a lot to buy from these vendors in the wheels.
Hello, fellow Hivers! TGIF (Thank God it's Friday). As for this week, this is my contribution to #MarketFriday initiated by @dswigle.
