Wall hanging home decor

in #hive-1896412 years ago

Happy Easter Monday my good friends on diyhub community. I want to share with you the wall hanging home decor I made using rice and cardboard.

My love for craft ideas is increasing everyday. Thank you for your support.

Materials needed;
Cardboard
Rice
Glue
Paint
Pencil
Plastic Toast cups

STEP 1: I drew and cut out a flower Pattern using a pair of scissors.

STEP 2: I drew and cut out a pot pattern with a pair of scissors.

STEP 3: I took a red plastic toast cup and cut it to a rose flower like.

STEP 4: I glued the pot to the flower

STEP 5: I went ahead to applied glue on the surface of the pot and attached some rice grains to it. I also applied glue on the half part of the flower leaf and attached some rice grain to it also.

STEP 6: I took a black poster color and painted it on the coated rice .

Then I painted the leaf green. I added a little touch of yellow color. I also painted the pot and it's tip with yellow. I glued the rose flower like, to the surface of the circle pattern on the flower and tie a ribbon on the neck of the flower pot.
Then I finally create a provision for hanging it

This the final outcome.
Thanks for visiting my blog.❤️❤️

that's a nice looking design. I'd definitely put that up in my place, ;). Do take note of picture quality. You could also take the photos outside to get more brighter images. They are very important for your post. Cheers

Thank you very much for your advice. I will do that.

Sounds good.
