I also posted a reel on my FB account the crocheted bag I made last week,the bag that I blog about last Monday the Classy Jurich Mini Bag. My fb friend viewed it and she liked it. When we passed by their food store she told me if I can make a bag for her to use daily she can use to work, she like it black and cross body bag. Very timely the Bulky Chenille yarns I ordered online arrived. No time wasted I made it right away plus the matching Hair Scrunchie.
The 20 balls of Bulky Chenille Yarns, 50g each, I ordered was delivered.
It was good I still have extra black tiny cord in my stash,
so I made the bag base with the measurement of 2" x 8" and using 2.5mm hook I started with Chain(ch) 8 then 1 Half Double Crochet(hdc) in each 8 ch until the length measures 8".
Next Round(rnd) 1 Single Crochet(sc) of Bulky Chenille using 5mm all around.
Same in next 12 rnds or until I consumed 100g of the Bulky Chenille Yarns.
Very thankful the extra Bulky Chenille remaining can still make the Hair Scrunchie.
Join in the black tiny cord with 1 hdc all around until 5 rnds then I attached the round silver as holder, attached the button and crocheted the closure.
Dyaaaarrrrann, done!
Posting this, too, as reels on FB. Happy much that my friend who ordered liked it. Hoping we can travel the next day so I can deliver it to her.
