HELLO HIVE
My family have been in the farming business for year's now and every year it is almost a repetition of last year's farming activities and am currently spending more time on my guinea corn farm than any other farm, rice is at a stage that i don't have anything to do on that farm.
Farming guinea corn for me is done without having to make any sought of new ridges all I have to do is to utilize the ridges from which I have harvested my maize from since planting is done while the maize is around 2 months old that way the guinea corn would have grown tall before I start harvesting the maize from that farm
This way the two crops are mutually sharing the benefits of the land ,it's nutrients and water ,I don't think the two plants are having any adverse effect on each other as far as I know after year's of practicing .
My farming is never complete without this particular crop because of how important it is to me. i will share some of it uses especially how I use it locally in one of my subsequent post.
Thank you for visiting my blog post
