Well, on this sunny Sunday, Ema and I will share a very beautiful recipe and the way to make this cake is also very simple. Now, the ingredients that you have to prepare to make this recipe are of course very cheap and you can buy them at the nearest supermarket or market to your home. The first ingredients you have to prepare are flour, eggs, instant coconut milk, sugar, SP, food coloring, powdered vanilla, powdered milk, salt and mold. After you have prepared all these ingredients, now let's start the first step of making this cake.
The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place, put 5 tablespoons of sugar, 2 eggs and half a teaspoon of SP. Then, mix the dough until white, expand and move at full speed.
The second step, after the mixture has been mixed until white, fluffy and traces, then add 5 tablespoons of flour, half a teaspoon of salt and 1 sachet of vanilla powder. Then, mix the mixture again until well blended.
The third step, after the mixture has been mixed until well blended, then all you have to do is add 1 pack of instant coconut milk. Then, mix the dough again using the spatula only until the mixture is evenly mixed.
Fourth step, after the mixture has been thoroughly mixed and finished, then divide the dough into 3 parts and add food coloring in different colors like the photo above. Then, stir until all the dough changes color.
The fifth step, after the three doughs have been colored, then prepare some molds and spread cooking oil evenly into the molds like the photo above.
The sixth step, after the mold has been smeared with cooking oil, then put the dough slowly and alternately into the mold. Repeat this step until all the dough is finished.
The last step, which you have to do after putting all the dough into the mold, now prepare the steamer and preheat the steamer for a few minutes. After the steamer is hot, put the mold containing the dough and steam the mixture for about 20 minutes.
And finally, after going through the steaming process for 20 minutes, now you can remove the sponge from the mould.
