Because this snack resembles a pillow-like shape with a sprinkling of parsley on top. The way to make this snack is also very simple. For those of you who are interested, just look at the recipe below and I hope you succeed.
So, the ingredients that you have to prepare to make this potato snack are very simple and you can buy them at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredients you have to prepare are potatoes, sauce, cooking oil, parsley, rice flour, tapioca flour, salt, ground pepper and seasoning. After you have prepared all the ingredients for this recipe now let's start with the first step.
The first step, what you have to do first is prepare some good quality potatoes, peel all the potatoes, wash them clean and cut the potatoes into several pieces like the photo above.
The second step, after all the potatoes have been cleaned and cut, then boil the potatoes in water for about a few minutes until the potatoes are really soft and cooked.
The third step, after the potatoes have been boiled and cooked, transfer them to a bowl, mash the potatoes first with a spoon or fork, add 2 tablespoons of rice flour, 1 tablespoon of tapioca flour, half a tablespoon of salt, half a tablespoon of ground pepper and half a tablespoon flavoring. after that, knead the potatoes so that all the spices are well blended.
The fourth step, after the potatoes have been kneaded until everything is well blended, then prepare grated cheese with good quality and grated cheese according to your wishes. Then, knead the potatoes again until the cheese is evenly mixed.
Fifth step, after the potatoes have been kneaded until the cheese is well blended, now shape the potatoes to resemble pillows and arrange them on a baking sheet. Then, lightly press the potato with a fork. Repeat this step until finished.
The sixth step, after all the potatoes have been formed, then what you have to do is spread the potatoes evenly with cooking oil and sprinkle enough parsley over all the dough.
The final step, after all the parsley has been sprinkled over the potatoes, then prepare the oven and preheat the oven for a few minutes. After the oven is hot, bake the potatoes at 170 degrees Celsius, with fire up and down for 30 minutes depending on the oven you are using.
And finally, you can serve cheese pillow potatoes to your family or friends. The taste is really very unique and also delicious, to make it more delicious you can add sauce. What do you think ?
