Wad up my people, here's a fresh colour drawing of the genius Albert Einstein,if you've been following my drawings you'd know I draw most times in colours and I make sure the cloth worn are made with vibrant colours, what is art if it doesn't look appealing to you, someone asked me why I add soft strokes to my sketch face
I'll briefly explain how I arrived at this below each progress shot👉
I know some people would also wonder why most of my art has some faint lines accross the face, they are my drawing guide,to balance the face features, even with your artistic eyes you can already see where the nose, eyes and mouth sits, the space between our eyes is the size of an eye,
When you look at the nose it drops a little below where I marked, that's because sometimes when the face isn't looking totally straight, when tilted, the guide becomes a bit off, though the guides were supposed to be made according to the movement of the face but for simple explanation on how to use the guide,I made a regular outline,
So I increased the jaw below, since the nose took a little of the mouth space but the guide still positioned the in a straight and not bent form, sometimes when drawing a nose, the nose tends to bend to a side which will affect the positioning of the mouth and that's the beginning of an affected resemblance
This guide will help you manage space and unnecessary mistake,i use this even in my commission works to save me from the stress of scaling and making multiple lines, we'd still get same result,I don't care where you pass(route) just meet me at Miami 🙄
The hair has been rewarded the strokes it deserves, even the hair outside the face,I made sure I gave it boundaries by outline where the hair stopped,I gave the spectacle its tinted face and reflection
VOILA ! It's done, well coloured shirt he deserved, after making the detailing and sketch with brown lightly,I added the orange color, ofcos the skin color that reflected
I hope you enjoyed my post, feel free to comment
I did this drawing with ballpoint pen and I used smudging and strokes techniques to shade
Do have a nice day!👍
