Greetings to all of us here in the community. My Father and I decided to built a simple waiting shed here in the yard and I was very excited to help him building the structure. It is very easy to build one because we have more bamboos here and this is very important so that we can immediately form the foundation of the proposed waiting shed structure. Instead of using round lumber, decided to used bamboo as a foundation to make it very attractive. First, we site the best place were the waiting shed placed and built and after a few hours of siting finally we found the best place were we can built the waiting shed and it is located near at the lawn.

Next, my Father make a sketch on the waiting shed we want to build and it takes a few minutes before He was finished and finalizing His waiting shed design. This is what the designs about, I really amazed of the designs my Father drawn in the Paper, and after that we started to gathered the things we need.

Building different kinds of structures needs more materials and this are the most important to all builders or carpenters who wants to built different kinds of structures. As for that, I also share the things and materials we used by building the waiting shed and how it use.

First is the chessel, this is one of the carpenter's important material. Chessel is used to carved the round lumber, this is also used so that we can create a hole in the lumber and in the bamboos were we can attached the bamboo pieces so that the structure will become intact.

Next, we also used hammer because this is also very important by hammering things just like nails. It can also hammering the planks, round lumbers, bamboos and other hard materials. It can also help removing the nails if it is mistaken to nailed those things.

To make the cutting of bamboos easier, we also used this bolo and the tip of this thing is not pointed sharp. Bamboos needs to cut in a half pieces to make as chairs were the visitors will sit.

Saws, Nails, Pencils are also very important in terms of building structures. Nails will hold the things together, and Saws is used to cut lumbers, planks, bamboos and any other light materials. Pencils is used to marked to have an exact length and computation of the bamboos.

The next thing we build is the Natural design of the structure. I was busy cutting the bamboos using Saw while my Father was carefully measured and marked the planks and lumber using pencils and steel tape. We nailed an alternate designs to make it very attractive and beautiful.

This pieces of bamboo is used for ceilings were we can attached the roof. This will help so that the roof will not be destroyed by the wind and not falled down. We planned to used to Anahaw leaves as rooftop to make it attractive, and this is our first time to used Anahaw leaves.

Our waiting shed's long chairs are made of Bamboo pieces. This can make the seaters feel very comfortable because of the coolness inside of the place. It can addens the structure to become more attractive and unique.

This is the Anahaw look like, it is good and perfect for rooftop use. My father carefully attached and tied the anahaw leaves using vine in the bamboo pieces used as ceilings. It takes few hours before we finished roofting the other side of the waiting shed. It needs lots of more anahaw leaves so that the roof will completely done. Almost a week of constructing this unique waiting shed until today and it will very attractive when this will done.

I'm happy and glad that you like it my friend. This is our simple way of life here in the Province. Building simple structures but unique just like this makes us more enjoyable and happy.

Thank you for visiting my post, my friend. Have a nice day. 😊

Is always very interesting to see works using Bamboo, we here in Venezuela have bamboo in many places, but it is illegal to cut it (even if it is on our own land)... It seems to me that in my country we should promote the use of this material from nature for this type of projects, then perhaps it would begin to be cultivated for this purpose in a controlled manner on private farms... But so far it has not happened :/ But it is undoubtedly a fascinating material to work with...

Wow, I wonder why is it illegal in your place. Bamboos here are cut and sell to markets. This is one of the most important to all residents here, they make a house made of bamboo. We are thankful that cutting bamboos is not illegal.

Thank you for sharing and engaging to my post my friend. 😊
