I would like to share this simple recipé I made while ago. Here in the Province, there are many kinds of vegetables can be found and can be eaten and one of this is the so-called, Camote taps. This is a kind of leafy vegetables and it is good for salad recipé. It is rich of iron that needs to our body and fiber. This vegetables was freshly picked from our simple garden and I named it, Hive Garden. I am very happy to do a first harvest of my vegetables and finally I gained a good result of my fruit of labor. Making camote taps salad is not very cost much, we only need this following ingredients;
- Ginger
- Onions
- Vinegar
- Leafy Camote Taps
- Salt
How To Make Camote Taps Salad?
- First, washed the leaves thoroughly so that the microorganisms will washed out. After washing, boiled it for 45 minutes, this will help to kill the germs and tiny insects if theres have. Boiled it until the extract of this vegetables will turn into color red.
- After boiling for several minutes, put it in a clean plate. The extract of the vegetables is also good to all people who suffered a minor illness just like anemia. Get a piece of onions and ginger, sliced it into smaller pieces.
- We called this one Suka or natural vinegar, a native drinks here in our country. After that, mix all the ingredients and put a small amount of vinegar. Add the right amount of salt and mix it together. Our vegetable salads is ready to serve and eat.
Boiled Okra Vegetables:
Allow me to share this one vegetable I ate and cook and this is what we called Okra. Same with the camote taps, just washed the vegetables and boiled it for several minutes. Don't forget to wash the okra vegetables before boiling it so that the dirt will be removed.
After boiling the okra, put it in the plate and get some onions and ginger. Again, sliced it into smaller pieces and vinegar is also important in okra. You can dip the boiled okra in a vinegar and it is also good that the sliced onions and ginger will add to the vinegar.
This are the vegetables I cooked while ago and all of this came from our simple Hive Garden. I am very happy about it and it is very safe to eat because there are no synthetic added and used in my garden.
