CHIRPLE creature painting - Design inspired by Holozing | Fanart

Hello friends of Hive ♥️ I welcome to my blog to all who visit me on this occasion and especially to those who make life in this community, and it is precisely what I want to share with you today, a new art project inspired by one of the latest creatures found in the Holozing game, specifically in the multicolored bird called CHIRPLE. This idea came to me because there is a person I know who loves birds, and the design of this little guy is particularly very beautiful, striking and charming, anyone would want to get one of them, so based on that, my idea was to do something more elaborate, preferably in wood, but to practice and see how it looked like, I preferred to do it on cardboard, combining the creature with the holo theme adding lots of brightness and color. Now I will show you the whole creative process of this painting design hoping you like it.

Materials

  • Cardboard square
  • Guide drawing of the creature (Chirple)
  • Acrylic paints (rainbow colors + white, black, frosted)
  • Brushes

The materials are quite simple since we will only use a square of cardboard, acrylic paints or whatever you feel more comfortable with, preferably covering all or most of the colors of the rainbow, brushes, a sheet of charcoal to trace better, pencil and of course the design guide of our flying creature.

Now with materials in hand we are going to start placing on our cardboard the charcoal sheet and the design of the drawing, we hold it to be more comfortable and go over the entire edge, and once this is done and we have traced the drawing we proceed to paint.

In the colors of this creature predominate the blue and green tones, although it also has a little red, orange and yellow, I personally like to pour several drops of each paint and play with the different shades to give that effect of light and shadow ... although I'm still learning 😅, even if we practice I think we can achieve it. And when we finish adding each color, including black and white in some areas, we will outline with black again, this would be to give the final touches to the creature.

Now comes the holo (holographic) part..or so I tried 😅. For this I need to create a gradient of all the shades of the rainbow and so it looks as colorful as possible, to do this technique I helped me with a sponge and with small touches to make that mottled effect. Then with a brush and a wide brush I used white paint to give it light, simulating many points of stars that rotate and surround the creature in that kind of mythical sky.

Some details of brightness in its wings I made it with a paint that has that effect when it dries and also being a glue protects the paint so where I could I added some brushes with this product that for the theme does not look bad.

And this is how our finished project would look like...a very nice design inspired by the flying creature CHIRPLE of Holozing...I hope you liked my tutorial showing you the whole creative process so that if you want you can make one yourself too, with love I say goodbye and will be until next time!💕
