cutting and sewing process
Divide the measurements for the hip into 2 for the front . I'm using the hip because it’s the biggest area compared to the bust and waist.
Add extra allowance to the measurement. Now I have
Fold the fabric into 2 using the hip measurement divided by 4.
On our folded fabric, start from the center front to place the measurements for the neck, bust, waist, hip and the sleeves was cut together with dress. there is no need of fix in the sleeves
For the back simply fold your fabric into 2 as well. Next place your front pattern on the back to get the exact measurement no zipper of the back.
Also the back neck is higher than the front neck area.
Sew the sides together. Fix in the pocket to this side of the dress and finish the neck line. I added facing to my neck line.
