Greetings friends, we start this new week with a new origami for my collection and thus continue testing that great knowledge, practice and to have a great fun time. Today's origami gave me a lot of work, for the large number of times that I had to be flipping and folding the paper and thus bring it to its minimum expression and thus obtain the desired result with this great art, where today we are encouraged to make a small paper dog, where once you start folding you can not stop.

The idea of this origami is to be able to assemble many paper dogs and serve you to decorate your home, the room of the little ones and the fun is that you can do it in many sizes and different colors, since everything is in creativity. I hope you like this step by step and are encouraged to practice this great art of origami.

Saludos amigos, arrancamos esta nueva semana con un nuevo origami para mi colección y de esa manera seguir poniendo a prueba ese gran conocimiento, práctica y poder pasar un gran momento divertido. El origami de hoy me dio mucho trabajo, por la gran cantidad de veces que se tenía que estar volteando y doblando el papel y así llevarlo a su mínima expresión y de esa manera obtener el resultado deseado con este gran arte, donde hoy nos animamos a realizar un pequeño perro de papel, donde una vez que comiences a doblar no te podrás detener.

La idea de este origami es poder armar muchos perros de papel y te sirvan para decorar tu casa, el cuarto de los más pequeños y lo divertido es que lo puedes hacer de muchos tamaños y diferentes colores, puesto que todo está en la creatividad. Espero que le guste este paso a paso y se animen a practicar este gran arte del origami.

The first thing we have to do is to take a sheet and we will fold it diagonally, the excess part we will cut with the help of scissors and thus we will have a square sheet, where from there is where we will begin to fold and make the corresponding folds to get our paper dog.

Lo primero que tenemos que hacer es tomar una hoja y la vamos a doblar de la forma diagonal, la parte sobrante la vamos a cortar con la ayuda de una tijera y de esa manera nos quedara una hoja cuadrada, donde a partir de allí es donde vamos a comenzar a doblar y hacer los pliegues correspondientes para así obtener a nuestro perro de papel.

We start by folding the sheet vertically, horizontally and diagonally with the idea of being able to mark the lines on the sheet and make it easier to make this origami. Once ready we are going to take three points of our sheet, taking them towards the center very carefully and we flatten them, where you can see that we will have only one stretched point.

Comenzamos doblando la hoja de la forma vertical, horizontal y por las diagonales con la idea de poder conseguir marcar las líneas sobre la hoja y que sea más fácil la elaboración de este origami. Una vez listo vamos a tomar tres puntas de nuestra hoja, llevándolas hacia el centro con mucho cuidado y aplastamos, donde pueden ver que nos quedara una sola punta estirada.

We flip our sheet and we will fold the top towards the center line, taking the triangle out as shown in the photos, we do the same at the bottom, very carefully so as not to damage the triangle and gradually this paper dog is taking shape. Right there we are going to turn our sheet vertically and at the top we can see two small triangles, which we are going to fold outward to match the line of the larger triangle, from the previous step.

Volteamos nuestra hoja y vamos a doblar la parte de arriba hacia la línea del centro, sacando el triángulo hacia afuera como se aprecia en las fotos, eso mismo hacemos en la parte de abajo, con mucho cuidado para no dañar el triángulo y poco a poco este perro de papel va tomando forma. Allí mismo vamos a girar nuestra hoja de forma vertical y en la parte de arriba se aprecian dos pequeños triángulos, la cual vamos a doblar hacia fuera para que coincidan con la línea del triángulo más grande, del paso anterior.

Next, we are going to fold the top part down with a small fold and with this fold we are going to get another triangle, a very simple step, but each of the triangles that we are going to get are important to mark them very well. Again, we are going to flip our sheet, where we are going to carefully make a small diagonal fold with the idea of marking the line, and then fold it downwards and in this way we will be able to get the head of our little dog.

Seguidamente, vamos a doblar la parte de arriba hacia abajo con un pequeño doblez y con ese doblez que hagamos nos va a permitir sacar otro triángulo más, un paso muy sencillo, pero cada uno de los triángulos que vamos a obtener son importante marcarlos muy bien. Nuevamente, vamos a voltear nuestra hoja, donde con mucho cuidado vamos a realizar un pequeño doblez diagonal con la idea de marcar la línea, para luego doblar hacia abajo y de esa manera poder sacar la cabeza de nuestro pequeño perro.

We turn the sheet and we will take the bottom end towards the center and flatten it very carefully, you can see that the paper is getting smaller and it needs to be folded very well now so that everything is marked and this origami is not disassembled. Once this step is ready we will fold in half our sheet and you can see that the body of the dog is almost ready, which now comes the details and shape this paper.

Giramos la hoja y vamos a llevar el extremo de abajo hacia el centro y aplastamos con mucho cuidado, pueden ver que el papel ya se está poniendo más pequeño y se necesita doblar muy bien ahora que todo quede marcado y no se desarme este origami. Una vez listo ese paso vamos a doblar por la mitad nuestra hoja y pueden ver que ya está casi listo el cuerpo del perro, la cual ahora viene los detalles y darle forma a este papel.

We take the top part of the sheet and we are going to make a small fold outwards, with the idea of making a fold with that part of the sheet and thus be able to get the head of the dog, being a little complicated step, since the fold has to be made on both sides of the sheet so that it is very well marked. Right there we are going to continue folding the tip of the triangle inwards in order to have the nose and the head of our paper dog ready.

Tomamos la parte de arriba de la hoja y vamos a hacer un pequeño dobles hacia afuera, con la idea de sacar un pliegue con esa parte la hoja y así poder obtener la cabeza del perro, siendo un paso un poco complicado, ya que el pliegue lo tienes que hacer en ambas cara de la hoja para que quede muy bien marcado. Allí mismo vamos a seguir doblando la punta del triángulo hacia adentro para así poder tener lista la nariz y la cabeza de nuestro perro de papel.

Finally, on the back we have a smaller triangle, which we are going to make a small fold upwards with the idea of being able to take out the tail of this dog. In addition, with the help of a pencil or a marker we place the details and thus make this origami more striking.

Por último, en la parte de atrás nos queda un triángulo más pequeño, la cual vamos a realizar un pequeño doblez hacia arriba con la idea de poder sacar la cola de este perro. Además, con la ayuda de un lápiz o un marcador le colocamos los detalles y de esa manera lograr que se va más llamativo este origami.
