Last week, before the New Year'Eve, I was planning to make a Korean grill at home with my husband. But circumstances said otherwise, I even went to my father-in-law's house because there was something urgent.
So the meat that I ordered is still in the freezer. Even though I have prepared all the spices and all the preparations where I have marinated the barbecue spices and various sauces.
The meat that I bought yesterday is also very good, the yoshinoya type of meat that I bought from Tokopedia at the bosscow shop, the shop provides a variety of processed meats. Starting from the yoshinoya meat, meltique. rib eye, saikoro, wagyu and other kinds of meat. It looks like the quality of the meat is very well maintained by the shop. So this shop is indeed my subscription to buy quality meat and also the packaging and delivery from this shop is of very good quality.
This morning, when I was shopping for today's dish, I didn't know why all the fish were so unappetizing, there was no good fish in the market and I was tired of looking everywhere. So I thought of processing Yoshinoya meat at home. Instead of us not eating today, I'd better cook the meat I thought.

Spicy Beef Teriyaki and Spinach Stew Ingredients:
- 200 gr beef yoshinoya (you can use any meat as long as the meat is soft and melted)
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 clove of Onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 5 pieces of red chili
- Leek and celery
- Ginger
- 1 tomato
- Lime leaves
- Lemongrass
- 3 pcs Tofu
- Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- The oil for frying
- 100 ml of water
- Salt and sugar
Spinach stew:
- Corn
- Spinach
- Salt
How to Cook Beef Teriyaki and Spinach Stew:
- Cut the tofu into cubes, then fry in oil on medium heat. Remove and set aside.
- Thinly slice 4 cloves of garlic, onions, cayenne pepper and tomatoes. set aside
- Heat 1 tablespoon of butter, then saute garlic, ginger, lemongrass and cayenne pepper, wait until slightly wilted and aromatic.
- Add lemongrass, a little onion, tomatoes and lime leaves, mix well.
- Enter the yoshinoya beef and mix with the stir-fried spices. Then add 100 ml of water. Wait up to 2 minutes.
- Enter the tofu that has been fried earlier into the stir fry. Let the spices seep into the tofu.
Then add the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, pepper, salt and sugar. Then stir well and let stand for 3 minutes.
- Turn off the stove then remove from wok pan and set aside.
Spinach stew:
- Wash the spinach and corn, then heat 500 ml of water in a saucepan until it boils.
- Enter the corn first for 2 minutes, then add the spinach. Cook for 1 minute.
- If the spinach is slightly wilted, turn off the stove and give pinch of salt. Put the spinach stew into a bowl. Spinach stew is ready to be served with beef teriyaki.
That's the recipe and how to cook beef teriyaki with a simple spinach stew. Can be eaten with a bowl of hot rice.
