Hi, everyone. Another post about construction, sorry :) This time the goat's barn. As I already wrote, a month ago we get 2 goats and of course I needed to build a house for them.

I didn't think for a long time, Just took a dozen old pallets, furniture boards from the trash, an old door and roofing felt.

After assembly, I additionally painted the goat's barn to keep the tree longer.

Inside I installed a feeder and made an additional tier so that the goats could sleep both below and above.

It turned out well, the goats liked it too. On the first day after the move, they did not even leave the barn.

However, there was one problem. It's autumn now, it's rainy time, and we milk the goat on the street, so immediately after construction goat's barn, I made a small extension to it.

I installed deadwood racks, laid a cover from the remnants of roofing material and closed the side wall from the northeast side (the winds usually blow from there) with polycarbonate.

Well, and additionally I fenced the area around the goat's rue with an simple fence made of pallets (spied on the idea from @flemingfarm )

Everything turned out to be simple and effective.

That amber poly is really cool looking! I like the bunk beds for the goats, I know they love it since all goats love to climb and be elevated. Pallets are really an infinitely useful item and I try to keep a stack on hand at all times.
