Again, I want to share with you a favorite recipe that I like to make at home - protein triple cream.
According to the original recipe, this is Protein Tiramisu, but since I don't use coffee in it, I just call it cream.
I use the following products for it:
The bottom layer:
- 50 g oat biscuits 🍪
For the middle layer:
- 100 g of oatmeal
- 25 g of chia
- 220 ml milk
- 30 g of sesame tahini
For the top layer:
- 400 g of skir
- 2 servings of vanilla flavored whey protein
The products are for 4 servings.
First I crush the cookies in the bottom of the glasses.
For the middle layer, I put the oats, chia and sesame tahini in the milk. The original recipe uses nut milk, but I used cow's milk and sesame tahini instead of peanut butter.
After mixing the ingredients well, I pour them over the crushed biscuits.
For the top layer, I mix the protein with skir and add to the glass. I leave it in the fridge for the night and in the morning I can already consume it.
