Hello Everyone!
I hope you are all doing well.
Today I decided to do something creative and different. I gave it a long search and thought I got the idea of abstract art. I asked one of my friends for any idea and she sent me a pic so I decided to try it.
So today I will represent one of my first ever abstract art.
Things I used:
- White paper
- Pencil
- Compass
- Pencil colours
- Pointer
- Scale
I took a plain paper and marked its centre first with a scale. Then I took a compass and made some circles with it.
Then I added some and divided the space with different lines.
I divided the circles in half and made the same design in opposite directions.
As this, drawing was all made by repeated designs but in opposite directions.
I made more lines and drew some shapes like triangles and rectangles in it.
Now the middle part was ready and it was time for the outer part.
I took a scale and started making small squares that collectively made a rectangle and soon triangles at the side.
I repeated the same pattern on the upper side. Took a scale and started filling the space.
I was busy with my art when my mum called me to have lunch.
I left everything there and went to eat with my family.
After some time I came back and continued from where I left.
Now the middle and upside-down parts were ready so I moved to the right side.
I took a pencil and a scale and resumed my work.
I made a square, divided into four parts. At the bottom of the square, I made a semi-circle and then a triangle.
Then below the triangle, I made two squares. I further divided one of them into smaller squares and for the other one, I made some bent lines.
Now it is the turn of the left side.
I tilted my page and started the further work.
I made the same design on this side too. Firstly I drew the upper corner and then the remaining one.
Now all sketches were ready and it was time for colouring.
I don't have my colours so I asked my younger sister to lend me her colours and she gave them to me happily.
I took yellow, orange, red, brown and skin and started shading.
Firstly I filled the gaps with yellow colour.
Then I picked the orange colour, marked the areas and started colouring.
And then filled the rest with red, brown and skin.
I left some shapes empty as a white colour.
It was looking so rough so, I took a cotton bud and blended the colours with it. This process was time-consuming but I still managed to finish it in time. Here's the final look of what I made today.
