Well, about the fun at the dinner table, this time I will share simple desserts made from corn ingredients, with corn flour.
There are bright ingredients in the pantry and it makes me happy to prepare sweet desserts. Incidentally, in my area cornstarch is packaged in an attractive yellow color. So, this time is yellow vibes, fun vibes.
So, let me show you how to make corn desserts with simple ingredients. My little niece of course loves these kinds of desserts.
THE INGREDIENTS
- 2 corn still with corn cob
- 100 grams of corn flour
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 800 ml of coconut milk
- Pandan leaves or vanilla
- a pinch of salt

If you want to serve cold, store it in the refrigerator before serving. If you want the dessert warm, then serve it straight away.
For myself, I prefer warm conditions because it becomes like grits. But sometimes I also like cold corn desserts on a hot day.
