Summer just started and cool drinks is a must have during this hot weather.

However, there are many cool drinks in the market that taste great but will cost around 50 pesos ($1). Since I am a great fan of coffee eversince, I will try to make cappucino with ice. I just bought powdered milk and it taste good as well.

Coffee is one of the most consumed product around the world. It has anti oxidants which helps our bodies immune system to fight certain deseases. Though taking coffee is not necessary a medicine but when it has to taken in a right amount it can give a better result.

Nowadays, coffee blooms and evolve also around the world. Different countries offers unique and genuine coffee basically can be seen only at their locations. Like in Vietnam, they had a coffee that actually has an egg. Haven't you heard about it?

It's kinda intriguing and I do wander what would it taste like. In fact in the Philippines, we have our native coffee which we called Kapeng Barako. It is our brewed coffee version without any chemicals and it is grown in certain regions in the Philippines specifically in Batangas.

On my cappucino recipe, I will just use my favorite instant coffee granules. This is my personal choice right now. It has a distinct strong flavor which I love and the aroma is so intense and inviting. This is Great Taste Coffee, a local brand in the Philippines but I can say that it can compete to one of the leading coffee brand.

Now let me show you how to make your own Iced Cappucino using just 3 ingredients.

1.You need to scoop 1 tsp of black instant coffee. Any of your choice it's up to you. Then scoop 2 tsp of sugar and pour in 1 tsp of warm water.

2.Give it a stir and using a hand wire whisk. On a circullar motion, whisk it until the coffee mixture starts to turn light in color.

3.Just continue to mix it until it turns to be lighter in color and stiff like this. It can now hold a shape when it stick on your whisk.

You can use fork if you wire whisk is not available. Yes, you can use electric mixer if you have.

After 1 minute, your Iced Cappucino is now ready to serve. The strong coffee, sugar and milk together with the ice really combine well. I will definitely try to make a milk tea next time. This is so easy and no cost at all if you had all the ingredients at home. Try it for yourself and have fun recreating it!
