Hello hiver friends. how are you all? I hope all of you are always in good condition, healthy, abundant, and full of love. Amen.
Today I want to share a story about my work as a technician. My day job is maintenance of the building and all the devices in it. We must maintain and ensure the condition of the device in it is operating normally.
This time I want to share our work activities that we usually do weekly, namely generator engine maintenance. In our office there are two active engine generators, each engine generator with a capacity of 1500KVA.
Before we start warming up the generator engine, which is turning on the generator engine for 5 minutes, we have to check the condition of the generator engine, to make sure the generator is in good condition.
The first step is to check the condition of the battery and measure its DC voltage.
We are checking and measuring the DC battery voltage in the generator engine, because the power source to start this generator is from two batteries. We also have to make sure the battery water doesn't dry out.
We also have to check the condition of the battery and measure the DC voltage inside the panel, for the power source of the AMF control and charge device.
The next check is to check engine oil, radiator, diesel fuel and so on that support the normal operation of the generator engine.
Check engine oil, make sure the oil is not dry.
After we checked everything, then we started the generator engine, heating the engine for only 5 minutes.
We do the switch to the manual position first on the panel, because previously it was in the auto position.
Starting the generator engine via the AMF control panel.
Furthermore, we must record when the generator engine is running. As material for the latest data on the condition of the generator engine which is being maintained.
Recording evidence of the condition of the engine generator when it is warmed up.
After the generator engine has been turned on for 5 minutes for each of the two generator engines, we have to make sure the switch position on the control panel is in the auto position again.
That's all my story about the generator engine maintenance process in our office, which we always carry out every week. Thank you and hope it is useful.
