Hello hiver friends. how are you all? I hope all of you are always in good condition, healthy, abundant, and full of love. Amen.
Today I still go to work in the morning. This morning I left early, for fear of being late due to traffic jams on the road. But thankfully this morning the highway was very smooth.
Today our work schedule is the installation of air conditioning in the room according to requests from other employees. Some time ago, we moved the air conditioner in the employee's room to a more priority UPS room.
Our first step is to prepare the indoor air conditioning unit. We had to disassemble and reassemble the indoor air conditioning unit, because the actual condition of the indoor air conditioning unit was damaged. A little welding is done on the pipe to the condenser pipe. After the assembly is complete and neat, then we install the indoor air conditioning unit on the wall of the room.
Next, we install the pipes and power cables to be pulled into the outdoor air conditioning unit. The pipe from the indoor air conditioner is connected to the outdoor air conditioner. We also connect the power cable to get power from the mains electricity.
Finally the installation process is complete. Next we do a vacuum in the pipe to remove the trapped air in the air conditioning pipe. Because if you don't suck up the air in the pipe, automatically there will still be air in the pipe line, which can cause high amperage voltage, in the worst case the compressor, which is the lifeblood of the air conditioning process, can quickly get damaged or jammed and malfunctioning.
Next we turn on the power of the air conditioning unit. We measure the freon pressure with an analyzer. We fill a little freon R22 according to the capacity of the type of air conditioner, based on the results of the ampere voltage measurement. Finally the air conditioning unit operates normally, the air temperature in the room is very cold.
We immediately tidy up all the work equipment, because it was very late. That's all I can share for today. Hope it is useful. Thank you for visiting my blog. See you tomorrow.
