This morning I finished decorating the Christmas tree.
The tree itself is a Green Crack auto-flowering cannabis plant, and is a gift to me from @derangedvisions.
He mentioned earlier in its growth that it's looking like a Christmas tree and would look cool with some lights.
He was right!
This cannabis plant is most definitely the only Green Crack in the entire world that looks like this one for the holiday.
Most of the decorations on the tree are gifts from my cannabis family right here on the Hive blockchain! Some of the decorations are plant labels from things I grew in the past and give me good memories thinking about them.
These are 100 dollar bill rolling papers y'all!
The first time I smoke this Green Crack will be in one of these papers 😎
I utilized an LED circular strip that I have. I took the plastic piece off during its use for Christmas so that it will emit higher intensity.
The star I custom made this morning.
I downloaded the design file from billyd on Thingiverse, and utilized a little chip I had laying around with some lights on it.
I think it was some sort of Mp3 player or something, but its use prior to this didn't matter because I just needed the lights.
They change colors which is really cool.
I didn't want them to be too focused however.
So I hot glued some plastic crystals to the PCB board to add some refraction.
The star printed really well, and I utilized a glow in the dark filament because it's semi transparent and perfect for this use.
The lights transition at a perfect speed and the crystal refraction worked exactly as intended.
What makes this Christmas tree so special is that it was a gift, the decorations were gifts, and the lights and star were made from creativity and imagination. I didn't buy anything to put on this Christmas tree, and that is what makes it so special to me.
This Christmas is one of best I've ever had, and it wouldn't have been possible without all the love from my family here on Hive.
I wish you all a Merry Christmas!🎄-@futuremind
