Es ist schon ein bisschen her, seit ich den letzten Post mit mehreren Bildern und mehr Text veröffentlicht habe. Es liegt aber nicht daran, dass ich keine neuen Bilder mehr hätte. Denn die habe ich noch fast haufenweise. Wie zum Beispiel die, der brachialen Bauten von Benidorm (SPANIEN), welche ich gerade frisch bearbeitet habe. Die Bilder stammen von meinem zweitägigen Aufenthalt in der komplett dem Tourismus verschriebenen spanischen Küstenstadt Benidorm.
It's been a while since I published the last post with more pictures and more text. But it's not because I don't have any more new pictures. Because I still have almost heaps of them. Like, for example, the brute buildings of Benidorm (SPANISH), which I have just edited. The pictures were taken during my two-day stay in the Spanish coastal town of Benidorm, which is completely devoted to tourism.
Ha pasado un tiempo desde que publiqué el último post con más fotos y más texto. Pero no es porque no tenga más fotos nuevas. Porque sigo teniendo casi montones de ellas. Como, por ejemplo, los edificios brutos de Benidorm, que acabo de editar. Las fotos fueron tomadas durante mi estancia de dos días en la ciudad costera española de Benidorm, dedicada por completo al turismo.
Schaut man vom Mittelmeer her zur Küste, erblickt man bereits nach einem mehr oder weniger breiten Sandstrand und einem "Promenadesträsschen" (Einbahn und nur 20km/h, dafür Gratis-Parkplätze in der Nebensaison am Strand) die ersten hohen Gebäude empor steigen. Danach schiessen alle paar Meter Wolkenkratzer wie Nadeln aus dem Boden. In der Basis der Gebäude wimmelt es von Sportsbars, Wäschereien, Fastfood aus allen Herrenländern, Straßencafés auf deren Terrassen nicht geraucht werden darf. Durch die Strassenschluchten, welche oft auf Englisch angeschrieben waren, schlängelt ich mich zwei Tage lang, stets mit dem Blick nach oben gerichtet und interessante Perspektiven suchend.
Der einzige Grund, nach Benidorm zurückzukehren, wäre weitere zwei Tage fotografierend durch die Mittelmeerküsten-Stadt zu ziehen.
If you look from the Mediterranean towards the coast, you can already see the first tall buildings rising after a more or less wide sandy beach and a "promenade road" (one-way and only 20km/h, but free parking in the low season on the beach). After that, skyscrapers shoot out of the ground like needles every few metres. The base of the buildings is teeming with sports bars, laundries, fast food from all over the world, street cafés with non-smoking terraces. I meandered through the street canyons, which were often written in English, for two days, always looking up and searching for interesting perspectives.
The only reason to return to Benidorm would be to spend another two days photographing the Mediterranean coastal city.
Si se mira desde el Mediterráneo hacia la costa, ya se ven levantarse los primeros edificios altos tras una playa de arena más o menos ancha y una "carretera del paseo marítimo" (de sentido único y sólo 20 km/h, pero aparcamiento gratuito en temporada baja en la playa). Después, los rascacielos salen disparados del suelo como agujas cada pocos metros. En la base de los edificios abundan los bares deportivos, las lavanderías, la comida rápida de todo el mundo, los cafés callejeros con terrazas para no fumadores. Durante dos días serpenteé por los cañones de las calles, a menudo escritas en inglés, siempre mirando hacia arriba y buscando perspectivas interesantes.
La única razón para volver a Benidorm sería pasar otros dos días fotografiando la ciudad costera del Mediterráneo.
Nun ein paar Worte zu meiner eingebrochenen Kadenz des Postens von Posts mit mehreren Bildern und mehr Text. Bis Anfang April 2023 habe ich, konnte ich mir die Zeit nehmen dazu, alle zwei Tage Posts zu veröffentlichen, das Bearbeiten der Bilder und schreiben eines passenden Textes als Vorarbeit mit inbegriffen. Ich war auch fast ein Jahr mit meiner Freundin auf Reisen durch Frankreich, Korsika, Spanien und Portugal, und konnte mir die Zeit zum Verfassen von langen, aufwendigen Posts auch wirklich nehmen. Nun hat sich mein Leben und Tagesablauf seit April komplett verändert, denn ich bin wieder am Arbeiten, was sich auch auf das regelmässige Posten auswirkt. Denn abends wenn ich Zeit hätte meine Bilder zu bearbeiten und Posts vorzubereiten, bin ich von der täglichen Arbeit oft zu müde dazu. Ich hoffe nun nach einem Monat auf der Arbeit als Landschaftsgärtner immer noch, dass sich mein Körper immer mehr an das Arbeiten gewöhnt, und ich bald wieder nach Feierabend genügend Energie finde meinen Hobbies, meiner Kunst nachzukommen oder auch um einfach mit einem Freund ein Feierabendbier genießen zu können.
Now a few words about my slumped cadence of posting posts with more pictures and more text. Until the beginning of April 2023, I was able to take the time to publish posts every two days, including editing the images and writing a suitable text as preparatory work. I also spent almost a year travelling with my girlfriend through France, Corsica, Spain and Portugal, and could really take the time to write long, elaborate posts. Now my life and daily routine has completely changed since April, because I'm back at work, which also affects regular posting. Because in the evening when I would have time to edit my pictures and prepare posts, I am often too tired from the daily work. After a month at work as a landscape gardener, I still hope that my body will get used to working more and more, and that I will soon find enough energy after work to pursue my hobbies, my art or just to enjoy an after-work beer with a friend.
Ahora unas palabras sobre mi decaída cadencia de publicar posts con más imágenes y más texto. Hasta principios de abril de 2023, pude tomarme el tiempo necesario para publicar posts cada dos días, incluyendo la edición de las imágenes y la redacción de un texto adecuado como trabajo preparatorio. También pasé casi un año viajando con mi novia por Francia, Córcega, España y Portugal, y realmente podía tomarme el tiempo para escribir posts largos y elaborados. Ahora mi vida y mi rutina diaria han cambiado por completo desde abril, porque he vuelto al trabajo, lo que también afecta a la publicación regular de posts. Porque por la tarde, cuando tendría tiempo para editar mis fotos y preparar los posts, a menudo estoy demasiado cansada del trabajo diario. Después de un mes trabajando como paisajista, todavía espero que mi cuerpo se acostumbre a trabajar más y más, y que pronto encuentre suficiente energía después del trabajo para dedicarme a mis aficiones, a mi arte o simplemente para disfrutar de una cerveza después del trabajo con un amigo.
Um den Faden beim regelmässigen Posten nicht zu verlieren und um nicht auf der Blockchain in Vergessenheit zu geraten, habe ich mir etwas Neues überlegt. Ich habe angefangen, täglich ein einziges meiner Bilder zu veröffentlichen. Dabei handelt es sich jeweils um meine eigenen Aufnahmen von meinen Reisen in Lateinamerika und Europa, meiner Zeit auf dem Kreuzfahrtschiff MS Bremen, oder einfach von Fototouren in der Umgebung. Es gibt Architektur-, Landschafts-, Natur-, Tier-, Street- oder Strand-Fotografie. Damit möchte ich euch zeigen was ich bereits gesehen habe, oder wie ich die Welt sehe. Die neue Serie nenne ich ONLY ONE - Only one photo, a moment, a history, a perspective. Um mir das Vorzubereiten der Posts zu vereinfachen, habe ich mir eine Template erstellt, welche sich stetig entwickelt. Zum Beispiel habe ich Erst kürzlich kurze Beschreibungen zum veröffentlichten Bild hinzugefügt.
Die Serie veröffentlicht habe ich bisher nur in meinem eigenen Blog. Denn ich habe mich bisher nicht getraut einen Posts mit einem so geringem Aufwand und nur einem Bild, in einer anderen Community zu posten. Auch soll es ein Experiment zu meiner Erreichbarkeit sein. In order not to lose the thread in posting regularly and not to get forgotten on the blockchain, I thought of something new. I have started to publish one of my pictures every day. I call the new series ONLY ONE - Only one photo, a moment, a history, a perspective. To make it easier for me to prepare the posts, I have created a template which is constantly evolving. For example, I recently added short descriptions to the published image.
So far, I have only published the series on my own blog. Because I have not yet dared to post a post with such a small effort and only one picture in another community. Para no perder el hilo en publicar regularmente y no quedar olvidado en la cadena de bloques, he pensado en algo nuevo. He empezado a publicar una de mis fotos cada día. Cada una de ellas son tomas mías de mis viajes por América Latina y Europa, de mi estancia en el crucero MS Bremen, o simplemente de recorridos fotográficos por la zona. Hay fotografía de arquitectura, paisaje, naturaleza, animales, calle o playa. Quiero mostrarles lo que ya he visto, o cómo veo el mundo. Llamo a la nueva serie ONLY ONE - Sólo una foto, un momento, una historia, una perspectiva. Para facilitarme la preparación de los posts, he creado una plantilla que evoluciona constantemente. Por ejemplo, hace poco añadí descripciones breves a la imagen publicada.
Hasta ahora, sólo he publicado la serie en mi propio blog. Porque aún no me he atrevido a publicar un post con tan poco esfuerzo y una sola imagen en otra comunidad.
