Hello Everyone,

Today I took approximately 150 macro shots of the cannabis plants.

I moved the small cannabis plants outside of the tent for the shots, which caused the camera to give them a more yellowish coloration.

With the photos that appear to have alien looking tentacles, these were taken under the lights and made the photos process with a heavier white look.

I'm really not sure what causes the camera to do this, but it makes for some interesting photographic opportunities.

I smoked some cannabis while doing the photo edits and was feeling creative. So the usual minor manipulations of the photos are a little heavier tonight, and I really like how they came out.
I was feeling in the zone and captured some shots I'm more pleased with than with the previous photoshoot.

The cannabis is doing really good and some very heavy mango smells are starting to erupt on the Big Mac Superstar clones.

I'm really liking how the cross cannabis plant is coming along too. She's a little slower with development, but I think that will be just fine. Judging by her small clones that are almost ready for harvest, she's going to be very nice.

The small clones have a nice mango smell that is consistent with Big Mac Superstar. The profile is still the most attractive aspect of this plant, and I'm hopeful the bud will be just as nice.

That will do it for today.

What do you all think of the macro photographs I took today?

I would love to read your thoughts in the comment section!

Thank you for stopping by!

Have a great day! -@futuremind

Looking good man. I really like the different compositions you used.

Thank you man. I was feeling more creative with the edits and the lighting worked out just right.

Your plants growing very well. Its looks very healthy. Now all these pictures are showing. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you @djbravo.
Lately the plants have been very happy. I've been dedicating more time to them and watering them better.

Most welcome dear. Water is very important.

Fascinating to see how awesome Cannabis are!

!LUV ED Those shots... Btw, What app/software you use to edit those photos?

Thank you!
I use a basic cheap smartphone with a clip on macro lens.

I then upload them to my PC and edit them with the Windows 11 stock photo editor.
It has everything I need.
I generally use filters at 15% maximum, then adjust clarity, brightness, and sometimes add a vignette.

This post I used filters as high as 50% because I was feeling creative.

I like to preserve the original integrity of the photo as much as possible, especially the colors, while enhancing the overall aesthetic visual appeal.

With smartphone that's 10/10 shot!

I though you use DSLR or such camera.

Windows 11 stock photo editor.

Heard about it for first time tbh.

I used adobe Lightroom mostly and it does have lot of features from presets to vignette etc.

Thank youuuuu for sharing the process! Means a lot. It looks great.

Nice shots, very clear!

Thank you!

Network issue. No photo shown at all at my side. Support for the number of words 🤣

That's unfortunate about the network issue. I hope it resolves and you can see the photos later. I think you will like them.
Thank you for the word support though :D

LEO Power Up Day - June 15, 2023

Love that first shot where the tendrils of the plant are snaking out like something out of Aliens. What are you using to get those shots? (hardware and software-wise). I'd thought maybe you were out west somewhere, where the attitudes on weed are more shall we say, enlightened. Then I saw that you're in NY, as it sems like PA hasn't yet caught up with the times. :)

Thank you @evernoticethat!
It's surprising PA hasn't caught up with the times.
I'm hoping we'll see it become legal worldwide in our lifetime.

The phone is a Moto G 5G 2022.
I use Windows 11 built in photo editor. It has everything I need for basic touchups. When I use filters, 15% is usually the maximum amount, then I just improve the lighting and clarity and add vignette on some of them. In this post I think I went as high as 50% on a couple of them.

The goal most of the time is to maintain the original integrity of the photos, especially the colors, while maximizing the overall aesthetic visual appeal.

Sometimes I get stoned and go crazy on the edits, then my normal standards go out the window :D

The pictures are beautiful and worth appreciating. I love them.

Thanks so much @itwithsm!

not only your !WEED is super nice also your photo work is very good.

Thank you man, I've always enjoyed photography and I try my best to capture good images with the equipment I have. I'm pretty fortunate my cheap phone can take good photos. !WEED

Blaze it!

Yeah!

I can tell a lot of reasons for growing my own cannabis, but taking pictures of my babies is now one more and important reason. These flowers are so beautiful! Great pictures.

Thank you!
There's definitely lots of reasons to grow your own, and cannabis is a very photogenic plant with a high diversity in attractive flowers.
