Help for an old lady

Today we spend a day helping this old "primavera" from Italy back to life. After 23 years without any work or fuel, she needed a few hands and tools to get back from her "fairy tale sleep"

This restoration job will take some time but soon we will ride with her on the road to find the next nice corner

              Poa, sehr coole Vespa! Ist die noch im original Zustand? Also Motor und so?
              Bin ja selber Vespa Fahrer mit Leidenschaft, aber ne Primavera hab ich nicht.
              Wenns ne PX wäre, würde ich die auch farbig lackieren, aber ne Primavera kenn ich irgendwie nur weiß oder silbrig. Im Idealfall noch mit ein bisschen Rost.

                    Ja, die ist älter und "elegant" rostig.
                    Soweit zu sehen ist alles original und der Einbau des Benzin Filter hat fast Schmerzen verursacht.

                    Wir werden das "alt-Silber" erhalten und mit ein paar frischen Teilen ergänzen.

                    Mono-Sitzbank kommt am Mo. vom Sattler und dann geht es irgendwann an die Lenkkopflager und den Bowdenzug für Schaltung und Gas.

                    Nach 23 Jahren stehen sind die besser zu tauschen.

                    Yes, it is older and "elegantly" rusty.
                    As far as can be seen, everything is original and the installation of the fuel filter almost caused pain.

                    We will keep the "old silver" and add a few fresh parts.

                    The mono seat will come from the upholsterer on Monday and then we will work on the steering head bearings and the Bowden cable for the gearstick and throttle.

                    After 23 years of standing, it's better to replace them.
