Today started as a lazy day, having a hard time to get on track with the things I want to do, but after meditating, taking in sunlight and allowing my body to recharge I was able to get productive.
I worked mainly on giving use to the discarded stuff that lie around the house as it's been around for too long. I'll be focusing on this during the next days.
Today I remembered to keep my phone in my pocket and with the Actifit app running so it was pretty easy to hit the 5000 step mark. I walk a lot during the day...
Tomorrow I hope to remember to do this as well, and add some extra walking, maybe hit the 7500 mark 💪
