Feeling very competent 😀
My office chair has broken. I could no longer adjust the height. The same already happened a few years ago.
At that time I did some research on Google and YouTube and found out how easy it is to repair.
This time it was very easy because I knew what to and what to order. I ordered a new gas spring on amazon. https://amzn.to/3N7HKCl
It costs me under 30 EUR. A new chair would be much more. Besides it's much more sustainable 😀
The parcel was delivered today and I started with the repair.
Actually it's very simple. You only need to pull the spring out of both parts.
In real life its a bit mor complicated. The parts have stuck together very tightly. I took a hammer and tongs to get the stuff apart.
Finally I got it and the new spring was installed.
My other activities were beachvolleyball 😁 and some other house improvements. And finally I was watching sunset in the evening from my balcony.
