Hello everyone, welcome to my actifit report for today June 7, 2023. We have seen more rains that sunshine these days. That in earnest have kept everybody cold with little or no activities outside.
In a rare break from the rainy days, we enjoyed a bit of sunshine and that enabled me to walk around, albeit for a while before the heavens opened up again.
I saw this statue of Jesus Christ at a popular junction in town leading to one of the largest Catholic church in town. It was erected about ten years ago but successive government appears not to be taking God care of it though. It guides for the inhabitants of the city and they love it.
Just as I was about going further into town, the bright weather suddenly became cloudy and windy as well, a sign that a heavy rain was about falling. I hurriedly ended my walk and returned home. The rains came too. We have entered into the peak period of rainy season down here. That's how it's going to be for a greater part of the month from now on although we do have intermittent sunshine.
Hopefully, tomorrow will be brighter and more walk too. That will be all from me today. Let's do it again tomorrow.
