So without fear, we can eat this olives .It is a beneficial fruit for diabetic patients. Ripe olives have a sour and sweet flavor. Raw olives have a sour taste. Ingredients
- Rip olives 200g
- Brown sugar 2tsp
- salt powder 1 tsp
- ice water 1 glass
- som ice cubes
Method of preparation

Wash the olives first. After that, separate the olive pulp in this way and remove the seeds.

Add the olive plup to the blender
- 3 steps
Now add 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp salt powder to it.
It is good if you use less sugar. Then you can drink the nutritious juice.

Now put half of the glass of water in the blender and blend it well.

Now again add the remaining water and blend well.
The juice is ready. This recipe is very easy .

Mmmm, the taste of this is not bad. It has a different taste. This juice is even colder because of the addition of ice cubes. But it would have been better if some ice cream had been added to this.
