If you've been seeing my posts often, you already know that I often share hair clip tutorials. I also share how to make hair clips and actually sell these hair clips. Today I will share how to make one of those best selling hair clips.
The name of the hair clip that I will share today is Anime hair clip. This is because I have often seen this kind of hair clip in anime movies. Some people call it a silkworm clip. Because the hair clip has a lot of creases. I will tell you about the materials I used first.

- ruler

- needle and thread
Step-1
Although 3 sizes of ribbon were used to make this hair clip, in the first step, I started using 1 inch ribbon. I first touched the edge of the ribbon with a little light to make it tidy, and then stuck it inside the hair clip with a little glue. Then put a little glue on the outside of the hair clip and attach the ribbon. Then I used my two thumbs to make some creases on the surface of that ribbon. Using that method, I made small creases until the end of the hair clip. It takes a little patience to do this.
Step-2
In step-2, I cut off the excess ribbon and touched the edge of the ribbon with light to make it neat. Then the edge of the ribbon is attached to the back of the hair clip with a little glue.
After doing step-2, I got a small hair clip with cute curls. I made another one in the same way.
Step-3
In step-3, I used 1 inch ribbon again. I cut the ribbon to 9 inches, folded it in the middle and touched it with a little light. Then on that center point I folded the ribbon into an X shape. I sewed the folded ribbon with a needle and pulled the thread. Then I made a small knot. Now I have a cute little ribbon.
Then I folded the tail of the ribbon from the middle and folded it as shown in the picture. The other side was made in the same way.
Step-4
In step-4, I used the smallest ribbon and cut it into 2 pieces of 9.5 inches and 14.5 inches. The edges of the 2 ribbons were touched with a little light to make the middle point appear. Then, attach the 2 ends of the 9.5 inches ribbon to the middle point with a little glue. Then, glue the remaining 14.5 inches of ribbon to the middle of the 9.5 inches.
Step-5
Then the ribbon is glued with the ribbon made in step-3. Another ribbon was made in the same way.
Step-6
In the last step, I glued the 2 ribbons as shown in the picture. Now I have a very cute anime ribbon. Thank you so much for reading my post to the end. I'm trying to share better handmade ways. Thank you.
