Sounds good

I took Monday off because it was the day of my brother in law’s funeral.

I needed to do something to take my mind off things for a while. I’d manages to pick up my car stereo for the caravan feom my friend who was getting me a connector lead for it.

So I got to installing the stereo in the caravan.

I had to re-install the wiring onto the speakers as one of the leads had come off. I think I need a more powerful soldering iron if I’m honest. I got there in the end though.

Wiring the loom was easy enough but I needed to be precise about how I went about it because there was no labelling on the cables.

It wasn’t until after getting everything running that i made the decision to have the stereo sitting on the top shelf. Knowing what I’m like I had put nipple connectors on the leads so I only needed to separate the connectors, drill a hole to allow the leads to pass, then reconnect leads.

Now it’s where I want it, all I have to do now is build a little bracket to hold it all in place.
