Hello friends and lovers of crafts today I come to present a lovely cactus pendant, very cute and also with great energy I decided to make this pendant to give it to my cousin who loves cactus and everything that has to do with succulents, she says she loves these two species of plants and loves to take care of them, do not miss the step by step to see the evolution of the pendant.

Hola amigos y amantes de las manualidades hoy les vengo a presentar un encantador colgante de cactus, muy tierno y además con grandes energías decidí hacer este colgante para obsequiárselo a mi prima que tanto le gustan los cactus y todo lo que tenga que ver con suculentas, ella dice que ama a esas dos especies de plantas y que adora cuidarlas, no se pierdan el paso a paso para que vean la evolución del colgante.

I always like to make details to my loved ones and my friends in general, it is always good to express your emotions with details and so you can see the face of happiness of the person to whom you give that unconditional love, not everything in life should be based on the material but from time to time we can make details that cheer and fill with satisfaction to the loved ones.

Siempre me gusta hacerle detalles a mis seres queridos y a mis amigos en general, siempre es bueno expresar tus emociones con detalles y así puedes ver la cara de felicidad de la persona a quien le brindas ese cariño incondicional, no todo en la vida se debe basar en lo material pero de vez en cuando podemos hacer detalles que alegren y llenen de satisfacción a las personas queridas.

Cactus are symbols of strength for the situations that arise in daily life because it has a very rewarding meaning as we can go beyond and try to obtain the different goals we set for ourselves even if they are difficult to try to set them and hold well what we want to get in our lives. My cousin has a lot of cactus and succulents that when I go to her house I love to go to her balcony and appreciate each of the plants and not to mention that when they are in bloom it is quite a show.

Los cactus son símbolos de fortaleza para las situaciones que se presentan en la vida diaria pues él tiene un significado muy gratificante ya que podemos ir más allá y tratar de obtener los diferentes objetivos que nos propongamos así sean difíciles tratar de fijarlos y sostener bien lo que queremos obtener en nuestras vidas. Mi prima tiene una cantidad de cactus y suculentas que cuando voy a su casa me encanta ir a su balcón y apreciar cada una de las plantas y sin mencionar que cuando están florecidas es todo un espectáculo.

Por eso decidí hacerle este colgante de cactus para que lo cuelgue bien sea en sus llaves o en alguno de sus bolsos. Aquí también les mostraré cuáles son los materiales que se necesitan para lograr la manualidad:

• Goma Eva
• Tijera
• Lápiz
• Cuerina
• Corrector
• Pistola de silicón
• Colores
• Marcadores.

Here I begin this adventure, first you must take a sheet of paper and make the image you want, in this case a cactus in a pot, and after having the figures ready, proceed to cut them out.

Aquí comienzo esta aventura, primero se debe agarrar una hoja y realizar la imagen que desean, en este caso un cactus en un matero, y luego de tener lista las figuras ya planteadas se procede a recortar.

We continue with the eva rubber and take out the pieces I had on paper, then I grab the matero and make a small thin ribbon of the same color and glue it as you will see.

Seguimos con la goma eva y sacamos las piezas que tenía en papel, luego agarró el matero y hago una pequeña cinta delgada del mismo color y lo pego así como observarán.

We proceed to remove the eyes and nose from the leather.

Procedemos a sacar los ojos de la cuerina y la nariz.

Here we start gluing the eyes and nose with the silicone stick and thus we give life to the cactus, it is important to mention that I made the mouth with a marker.

Acá se comienza a pegar los ojos y la nariz con el silicón en barra y así vamos dándole vida a el cactus, es importante mencionar que la boca la hice con un marcador.

We also make the cactus some small lines to simulate the folds of the plant with a marker and with the dark green color we give a little color to the light green eva rubber around the edges.

También se le hace al cactus unas pequeñas líneas para simular los pliegues que tiene la planta con marcador y con el color verde oscuro le damos un poco de color a la goma eva verde clara por los bordes.

With the hole opener, a flower is made with the circles obtained, joining each circle as you can see, the flower will look like this.

Con el abre huecos se hace una flor con los círculos obtenidos, uniendo cada círculo así como podrán ver quedará la flor.

The flower is glued with silicone on the head of the cactus, making the attire that protrudes from its body very striking.

Lista la flor la pegamos con silicón en la cabeza del cactus quedando muy llamativo el atuendo que sobresale en su cuerpo.

Continuamos y sacamos dos cactus más pequeña que serán los hijos de este grande que estarán fijados al cuerpo del cactus, le colocamos un poco de color y así quedan estos pequeños hijos de cactus.

When the cactus was almost finished, I took out the spines that some cactus have in yellow eva rubber and glued them with silicone.

Ya casi terminando el cactus agarre y saque de color amarillo en goma eva las espinas que algunos cactus tienen y las pegue con silicón.

Here I take a piece of paracord cord and glue it to the back of the cactus to fix it there in the shape of a cactus ear and with this you can hang the cactus anywhere you want to take it.

Aquí ya terminado agarro un pedazo de cordón paracord y lo pego en la parte de atrás del cactus para dejarlo allí fijo en forma de una oreja de cactus y con este ya se podrá colgar el cactus en cualquier parte donde lo desees llevar.

Ready the desired craft on the back side I also take out a shape of the cactus and glue it so that the cord is not visible.

Lista la manualidad deseada por la parte de atrás también saco una forma del cactus y lo pego para que no se observé el cordón.
