Splinterlands Art Contest Week #308: KILLER PUMPKIN

Good morning Hive family. I hope you are feeling great! Digital art is one of the things I'm very passionate about. In Splinterlands as in every week they make contests in which we can find wonderful designs of the cards of this great game.

This week I have been inspired by the character KILLER PUMPKIN, to make my design! I hope you like it.

Step by Step

we start by making the pumpkin, for this we make a circle, and we divide the pumpkin in several vertical curved lines, to make the natural marks of the pumpkin in the centre area we make the mouth of the pumpkin with a triangular ending.

Then we further characterize the mouth by placing fangs inside the mouth. We also make the trunk or stem of the pumpkin.

Then we add the colours and shades, mainly the mustard colour, to paint the pumpkin, the teeth in white, the bottom of the mouth in black and the stem in green. Then we add a light brown colour for the shadow of the pumpkin.

At the beginning of the stem we add an eye, for this we make a small white circle, and inside this we draw the iris in black, we also add some red lines.

We add two legs, in brown colour! And this time I have also painted an arm-knife and pigment of some creature that this knife has cut (😱).

Then I did the other arm, this side does have a normal 4-fingered hand!

Then I changed the background to a turquoise colour.

And finally I made a die with the Hive symbol! I hope you like it.

Buen día familia de Hive. Espero que se encuentren muy bien! El arte digital es una de las cosas que me apasionan mucho. En Splinterlands como en cada semana realizan concursos en los cuales podemos encontrar maravillosos diseños de las cartas de este grandioso juego.

Esta semana me he inspirado en el personaje de KILLER PUMPKIN, para realizar mi diseño! Espero que les guste.

Paso a Paso

iniciamos realizando la calabaza, para ello hacemos un circulo, y dividimos la calabaza en varias líneas curvas verticales, para hacer las marcas naturales de la calabaza en la zona del centro hacemos la boca de la calabaza con una terminación triangular.

Luego caracterizamos aún más la boca colocándole colmillos dentro de la boca. Tambien hacemos el tronco o el tallo de la calabaza.

Luego añadimos los colores y sombras, principalmente el color mostaza, para pintar la calabaza, los dientes de color blanco, el fondo de la boca lo pintamos de negro y el tallo de color verde. Luego agregamos un color marrón claro para la sombra de la calabaza.

En el principio del tallo agregamos un ojo, para ello hacemos un circulo pequeño de color blanco, y dentro de este dibujamos el iris de color negro, también añadimos algunas líneas rojas

Le agregamos dos piernas, de color marrón! Y en este ocasión también le he pintado un brazo-cuchillo y pigmento de alguna criatura que este cuchillo ha cortado. (😱)

Luego hice el otro brazo, este lado si posee una mano normal de 4 dedos!

Luego cambié el fondo por un color turquesa.

Y por ultimo hice un dado con el simbolo de Hive! espero les guste.
