I hope you had a very merry Christmas🎄. We are already in the last days of the month and since the holidays are coming to our home🥳 for the end of the year I wanted to do something nice and simple to decorate my table at dinnertime✨. At first I thought about making a rug but the yarn was not going to reach me, so I wanted something that was similar but smaller and I said a cup holder, so we can show them off not only at the end of the year (then the tablecloth will come but not now😅).

How did I do it? Very simple I used this pattern for snowflake that I had already done before to decorate the Christmas tree (which I don't have🥲) and repeated until I counted seven (you can do them with less, but that's already a choice, I did it like that looking for everything to be symmetrical).

I made them all separately and then I joined them at the ends with simple knots (I did this part by hand but they can be done with the satin stitch).

First I joined the ones that were going around.

After joining the sides I placed the flake that would be the center and tied it with simple knots. Already here you can see how it is turning out.

And that's how it turned out, the same can be done if you want a tablecloth, carpet or a rug for some furniture in the house.

Espero que hayan pasado una muy feliz navidad🎄. Estamos ya en los últimos días del mes y ya que llega a nuestro hogar las fiestas🥳 de fin de año quise hacer algo bonito y sencillo para adornar mi mesa a la hora de cenar✨. Al principio pensé en hacer una alfombra pero no me iba a alcanzar el hilo, entonces quería algo que fuese similar pero más pequeño y me dije un portavasos, así podemos lucirlos no solo en fin de año (luego vendrá el mantel pero no ahora😅).

Cómo lo hice? Muy sencillo utilicé este patrón para copo de nieve que ya había hecho antes para decorar el árbol de Navidad (que no tengo🥲) y repetí hasta contar siete (ustedes los pueden hacer con menos, pero eso ya es a elección, yo lo hice así buscando que todo quedara simétrico).

Los hice todos por separado y luego los fuí uniendo por las puntas con nudos simples (esta parte la hice a mano pero se pueden hacer con el punto raso).

Primero uní los que iban alrededor.

Luego de unir los laterales coloqué el copo que sería el centro y lo até con nudos simples. Ya aquí se puede apreciar como va quedando.

Y así me quedó, lo mismo se puede hacer si desean un mantel, alfombra o un tapete para algun mueble de la casa.
