Hola comunidad ,soy mily23m y este es mi primer post en esta linda comunidad de DIYHUB , el día de hoy les comparto mi entrada al contest del día de la abeja 🐝 con una actividad alusiva a este animalito tan importante y vital para el ecosistema y la vida en el planeta.

Con motivo de la celebración 🥳 hice unas abejitas con retazos de foami que tenía por allí aprovechando reciclar ♻️ y hacer un lindo Toppers decorativos para ponerlos en las macetas o jardines y decorar.

Hello community, I'm mily23m and this is my first post in this lovely DIYHUB community. Today I'm sharing my entry to the Bee Day contest. 🐝 with an activity alluding to this little animal so important and vital for the ecosystem and life on the planet.

On the occasion of the celebration 🥳 I made some bees with scraps of foam that I had there, taking advantage of recycling ♻️ and making some nice decorative Toppers to put them in flower pots or gardens and decorate.

Here are the materials:

🐝Black foam scraps
🐝 Acetate packaging for recycling
🐝 Scissors, rulers
🐝 Glue gun
🐝 Black marker, pink highlighter
🐝 White paint

**#1** Con los retazos de Foami amarillo dibuje dos óvalos para hacer las cabezas de las abejitas de unos 4cm x 3cm, y dos óvalos de 4,4cm de largo x 3cm mas o menos con un extremo puntiagudo para hacer el cuerpo con el aguijón.Para las alitas en foami escarchado blanco, de unos 2,5 cm x 2cm hice 2 pares, e hice la forma de las antenitas para las abejas.

**#2** Con retacitos de foami negro escarchado corté 4 franjas gruesas para hacer las rayas del cuerpo, y dos piquitos para el aguijón, también hice cuatro ovalitos negros para los ojitos.

() **#3** Armé la figurita con todas las piezas de la abeja y pegué con pistola de silicón, a las alas de las abejitas les hice el contorno con resaltador fluorescente amarillo, y resaltador florescente rosado en las mejillas,con pintura blanca puse dos puntitos para hacer el brillo de los ojos, y los brillitos en las mejillas, y algunos destellos en las líneas negras de las abejas.Para las antenitas blancas las pinté en negro deforma que le quedara un contorno blanco alrededor, a las alitas también les hice unas línea en negro para destacar más el diseño.Para los lacitos de las abejitas tenia un mecatillo de paja trenzado y corté un poquito, le quite la mitad del grueso de la pajita para que quedara mas finito y acorde al tamaño de la figura,y lo apreté bien enrrollando para que quedara mas delgado, hice la forma del lazo y pegué el centro con silicón caliente, para tapar el centro puse un circulito de foami dorado y un puntito de pintura blanca en el medio de este círculo.

For the white antennae I painted them in black so that There will be a white outline around it, I also made a black line on the wings to make the design stand out more.For the bows of the bees I had a braided straw string and I cut a little bit, I removed half of the thickness of the straw so that it would be thinner and in accordance with the size of the figure, and I pressed it tightly by rolling it so that it would be thinner, I made the shape of the bow and glued the center with hot silicone, to cover the center I put a small circle of golden foam and a dot of paint white in the middle of this circle.

**#4** Tenía un empaque de acetato de unas colitas ,y este como es regtangular tiene esquinitas y los bordes de un material más grueso, así que lo que hice fue que corte éstos bordes de las esquinas corté dos tiras de 11cm de largo y ese doblez haciendo presión con la uña para "aplanarlo lo más posible".Una vez tenga estos palitos de "acetato" lo pegué en la parte de atrás, en el centro de la abeja.

() **#5**Luego con retazos de foami negro mate , pegué la abejita en el medio y luego recorté el contorno dejando unos milímetros de margen para que se vea el contorno, y esto servirá también para tapar la unión de la pega en el palito,a la mitad del palito pegue una florecita de foami y un pedacito de foami negro por la parte de atrás de la flor para tapar esa unión.
