A SUPRISING REPAIR OF MY HOME THEATER

in #hive-189641last year

When someone ave some issue involving some electrical gadget, as in my field of studies, who is studying engineering in school, one has to first check out what might have been the problem then if there is no solution or idea to solve the problem then one can direct it to professionals in that field for further consultation. So this morning I was just having my nice time with my home theater playing some certain some and it was fun but there was a cut in the power supply so I didn't remember to switch off my home theater so without me noticing, there was a flash in power supply and I just heard a sharp sound from my home theater.

When the power supply later came on, I switch on the home theater but it was not coming on and I was bothered at some point because I don't know how much they would want to collect for the repair but as an engineering student, I decided to give a try and check so I loose those screw to check out what might have happened for the home theater not to work again.

For me losing the screw then what I notice is that the wire tripped off from the soldering of the panel, and as an engineering student I have most of the instrument at home so as I noticed it was because of the wire that has been removed from the panel, that means it was just going to need soldering and I won't have to buy anything to use for the repair and I will just use my led.

That was a relief for me because I wouldn't have to take it to a professional to repair it for me, then immediately I plugged in my soldering iron and I used the soldering led also, then it was very easy for me to quickly solve that thing. and I waited for the power supply to come on again so I can test it to confirm if it is going to work perfectly.

Not too long ago, the power supply came on and I tried testing it, surprisingly, it came on and I was glad I could safe costs and avoid unnecessary spending. Now I am enjoying my home theater again and it was not too hard for me to solve since all my equipment is available and in my reach. Till next time on diy to bring out originality in doings again

It's nice that you could save cost by fixing it yourself. Nice work.

Showing my engineering skills really helped

Electrical devices are sometimes hard to cope with especially when they just develop fault when we don't expect. It's greate you were able to fix your deck. I hope it won't give you issues again.

Not with my great skill of repair 😂

That's a nice one bro
