Saludos comunidad☀, felicidades a todas las amantes de tejidos que hoy, día 13 de julio, se conmemora su día, lo que me motiva a realizar esta publicación, pues todos tenemos a esa abuela , tía , madre ,algún miembro de la familia o nosotros mismos, quien ama y ejerce este bello arte.
A mi madre es la que le apasiona el tejer, y ha sido quién me ha confeccionado desde pequeña, prendas y accesorios de vestir. Hoy, como cada 13 de julio le lleve su panetela pues es una forma de agradecerle todo el afecto que me brinda con sus confecciones, además que es uno de sus postres favoritos.
Mientras nos deleitabamos con el pastel, quise curiosear de como le había nacido y crecido esa pasión por el tejer , y quiero compartir con ustedes parte de lo referido por ella.
En la década de los 70, fue cuando le despertó el interés hacia este bello arte, cuando la moda incorporó vestuarios como faldas tejidas , realizadas por diferentes técnicas, donde las más comunes era el tejer con dos, cuatro agujas y a crochet. En sus principios se le dificultó el aprender, pues no contaba con el tiempo al ejercer como profesora, ni agujas, que escasas en aquel período, donde las creadas con rayos de bicicleta fueron las primeras con la que realizó su primera confección.
Hoy agradece a mi bisabuela, quién fue su maestra en el tejido, la que le inspiraba cada tarde con paciencia el irse superando. Con el pasar de tiempo se le facilitó la adquisición de hilos y agujas y el practicarlo le generaba tanta sensación de bienestar, liberàndola del estrés cotidiano, que su tiempo de tejidos lo fue prolongado, logrando confecciones bellas y útiles .
Después de la plactica o entrevista como ella lo consideró , quedé maravillada al ver como detrás de aquellas agujas y tejidos, había tanta historias, la que culminó con obsequio veraniego de parte de ella, un pareo tejido para acompañar el atuendo de baño, y una carterita colgante para el móvil.
Mis ojos brillaron como cuando pequeña donde cada sorpresa tejida logran marcar mis sentimentos.

My mother is the one who is passionate about knitting, and she has been the one who has made clothes and clothing accessories for me since I was little. Today, as every July 13th, I bring her her panetela because it is a way of thanking her for all the affection she gives me with her confections, besides it is one of her favorite desserts.
While we were enjoying the cake, I wanted to find out how that passion for knitting had been born and grown, and I want to share with you part of what she referred to.
In the 70s, it was when he became interested in this beautiful art, when fashion incorporated costumes such as woven skirts, made by different techniques, where the most common was knitting with two, four needles and crochet. In her beginnings it was difficult for her to learn, because she did not have the time to practice as a teacher, nor needles, which were scarce in that period, where those created with bicycle spokes were the first ones with which she made her first garment.
Today he thanks my great-grandmother, who was his knitting teacher, the one who inspired him every afternoon with patience to overcome. With the passage of time, the acquisition of threads and needles was facilitated and practicing it generated such a feeling of well-being, freeing her from everyday stress, that her knitting time was prolonged, achieving beautiful and useful garments.
After the plactica or interview as she considered it, I was amazed to see how behind those needles and fabrics, there were so many stories, which culminated with a summer gift from her, a knitted sarong to accompany the bathing outfit, and a hanging wallet for the mobile. My eyes shone like when I was a little girl where every knitted surprise manages to mark my feelings.
