Materials needed.
Poster color
I used the color green( lemon and viridian), blue, purple, orange, brown, and black.
Brushes and water.
It has been a long time since I painted, so I felt like painting since I am on holiday.
I saw a notebook with a bird drawn on it, I decided to draw the bird.
The notebook was my muse, I didn't trace it, I only used it as a guide to paint.
Mind you, I didn't sketch at all with a pencil, I just went ahead to paint.
I love starting from the head to paint.
This is the beginning of my paint, I started with the beak, then the head, and then the chest.
I was being careful so as not to make a mistake or make it look dirty.
Here, I continue my painting, I painted the back down to the leg.
I finished the leg and I started painting different parts of the bird with different colors to make it look exactly like the one in the book but I decided to change some colors just to prove that I am creative.
As seen in the picture, my bird has color brown eyes while the one on the notebook is color black with a touch of blue.
My bird has a purple chest but theirs was violent, mine has a sky-blue tail while theirs is royal blue, underneath the belly I decided to use the same color to paint.
The tree the was standing on is the color white with a touch of brown and black, while mine is color.
Here is what my bird looks like, after painting, it came out nice and I am happy it did.
So, guys judge this!
If you were to score me, how many percent will you give me?
That's my muse and my own painting,I'm excited!
All images used are mine and painted from the scratch by me
Best regards,
Chima.
