Once again i want to share my artwork here for all to see, it's the work that i just finished recently windowhood.👇
LET SEE HOW IT GET TO THIS POINT
TOOLS NEEDED.
HAMMER
SHOVEL
HEADPAN
TROWEL
ANGLE IRON
CONCRETE NAIL
FOAM
BRUSH
TAPE
SCRAPPER
MOULD
FIRST STEP
: MOULDING
The first thing to do is to mould so I will measure about 4headpan of sand for moulding and keep one bag of cement which I will mix with the sand
Then I will set the angle iron and spread about one headpan of sand in the middle of it
I will now use the mould to scrap it to this point 👇
Then i will start my moulding,the first time will look like this
When am through this is how it will look like
I will give it sometime to dry before using my scrapper to cut it into sizes
TIME TO FIX
The first thing I will do is to put the base and to do that i need nails 4inches concrete nail which I will first nail on the wall to help carry the moulded design.
After that the hands will follow that is both left and right 👇
Next will be the top which will help complete the whole design.
Now if you take a closer look at the whole design it's not neat so to make it look neat i have to fill the openings that is there and to do this i need my brush and foam .
This process is called dressing
This is how i made this nice windowhood
Hope you like my work and i must say that it gives me joy anytime i was able to creat a new design, how beautiful it looks make me happy.
